Dear Vukela Team, I am very disappointed with the service that I have received from Vukela. I previously sent an email requesting that my debit order date be changed. However, I have now been informed that my account is on “errors,” which I find completely unacceptable. My account has always been up to date, and I have never missed or skipped any monthly payment. I have consistently honoured my payment obligations, so I do not understand why my account has been placed on errors. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and corrected as soon as possible. I would also appreciate a clear explanation regarding why my account was placed on errors despite my payment history being in good standing. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

I have made a payment on the 09 May 2026 and I am still without fibre connection. I am now told that they need to first install outside my house then I still need to wait a couple of days for the installation before I can have fibre. The fact that they are not transparent with their installation process is *********. I am also unsettled with the fact that I am going to be debited on the 01 June whereas I have never had access to their services

I made a payment last month on the 7th I made another payment yesterday on the 6th of May yet today I wake up to the service disconnected I've been sending proof of payments since morning no one comes back to me from Support to Princess Ngwenya, Previledge Moyo, Mckayla Piterse, Aman integer was even ccd to recive POP yesterday when I made the payment

This is worst internet service provide. The internet is slow basicaly you cant even send whatsup. The installed a long antenna dish on my roof,it fell leaving my wall with deep holes where they mounted the antenna pole. I reported this they ignored me and never came to fix. I have been without internet while they are debiting me everymonth, i finaly manged to block the debit now they threatening to report me to credit bureau. Do yourself a favour do not use VUKELA CONNECT....YOU WILL REGRET WASTE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE JUST FRUSTRATIONS......**** **** **** **** ****

I am very disappointed with the service from Vukela Connect. I have already paid for my internet service, yet my connection has still not been restored There has been no proper communication or assistance from their side. I have tried contacting them, but I am not getting any help. This is extremely frustrating because I am now forced to spend additional money on airtime and mobile data just to follow up on a service I have already paid they said when they say the ticket has been closed it's closed how without me getting my issue resolved This level of service is completely unacceptable. Customers should not struggle to contact the service

I am very disappointed with the service from Vukela Connect. I have already paid for my internet service, yet my connection has still not been restored There has been no proper communication or assistance from their side. Made a payment on the 27th on the 2nd they say They have not received and allocated the payment however pop was sent when calling support they the payment however accounts cannot open wifi access Not sure for what reason I am canceling my subscription and never coming back.
