Dear Vukela Team, I am very disappointed with the service that I have received from Vukela. I previously sent an email requesting that my debit order date be changed. However, I have now been informed that my account is on “errors,” which I find completely unacceptable. My account has always been up to date, and I have never missed or skipped any monthly payment. I have consistently honoured my payment obligations, so I do not understand why my account has been placed on errors. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and corrected as soon as possible. I would also appreciate a clear explanation regarding why my account was placed on errors despite my payment history being in good standing. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
I am very disappointed with the service I have received regarding my vehicle assessment and repair process. After taking my vehicle for assessment, I was advised that the delay is due to Innovation Group not releasing payment. In the meantime, my cambelt has started making a noise when starting the vehicle, and I have now been told that the belt needs to be replaced. It is very frustrating how customers are convinced to join these policies with promises of peace of mind and reliable assistance when needed, yet when assistance is required, the service received is disappointing. I had to continuously call and follow up, and it was only after I raised my voice that my concerns started being taken seriously. At this point, I am extremely unhappy with the situation and I need urgent advice on the way forward. I am not comfortable driving the vehicle any longer while it is making this noise, as I fear it may lead to further damage or safety issues. I would appreciate your urgent intervention and feedback regarding this matter.

I have just received a call from your customer service team, and I must say the conversation was completely unacceptable. Instead of listening to my concerns as a paying customer, the representative took the staff’s side without giving me a fair opportunity to explain what actually happened. I was even told that I “deserved” what happened to me, which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. To clarify, when I visited your store at Game Carnival Mall, your staff was rude and refused to assist me. This behavior is not acceptable under any circumstances, especially toward a customer seeking help. Despite raising a complaint, there was no proper investigation, no effort to hear my side, and no follow-up call from the store manager. The case was simply closed without transparency or fairness. I am particularly disappointed with the manager at the Game Carnival Mall branch. As a paying customer, I expected at least a call or a proper review of the incident. Ignoring my concerns and closing the case without investigation shows a lack of accountability and customer care. I request that this matter be reviewed again seriously, with a fair investigation and proper communication. I expect better standards of service and professionalism from Vision. They are saying it's right for there staff to laugh at us when we visiting the store. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue.

I'm so disappointed with the service that am receiving from telkom. I can see majority of the client are unhappy with telkom service. I wrote email I am not receiving any feedback. Who is the owner of telkom people please let's gather here and register our complaint with aburman. You go to the store you are not getting any assistance you call they don't assist. I see they don't even respond our complaints with hellopeter.com this is in sane.

Telkom service is disgusting do not take any contract cell phones with telkom. They advertise false amount on the display. Once you took the phone the amount changes without any notification from them. I won't upgrade my contract because of dishonest.
I bought a washing machine 2022. Today when I'm trying to do my laundry the machine doesn't work after paying so much money. What a disgusting warranty. Yoh I'm so disappointed please don't buy any electric staff from fair price it's doesn't last and they don't care about their clients. I'm so disgusted about their service. I paid R7000 for that machine to just broke down within lest than 2 years.
I ordered a new contact phone and i was told that the will deliver the phone it's takes 7 days for them to deliver. I'm still waiting for the phone it's been more than 3 weeks no communication from them. I need to follow up my self in order to get feedback from them.
