Service

I am very disappointed with the service from Vukela Connect. I have already paid for my internet service, yet my connection has still not been restored

There has been no proper communication or assistance from their side. I have tried contacting them, but I am not getting any help. This is extremely frustrating because I am now forced to spend additional money on airtime and mobile data just to follow up on a service I have already paid they said when they say the ticket has been closed it's closed how without me getting my issue resolved

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Customers should not struggle to contact the service
