Being gaslit and ignored by Shiven Dhabideen who creates a bad name for UTH. He acts as if he is doing me a favor and does not provide any updates. I pay my levies and expect UTH to do their job. Right now it feels like UTH won’t act unless i post publicly. I have never once had UTH provide any service. Absolute the worst townhouse Management company to have manage a complex. They are slow and frustrating and as the owner I have to make ongoing calls for any assistance and even then none received. UTH – please respond here with what action you’ve taken thus far with proof and your plan to resolve all my concerns and complaints. I have spoken to Jessica previously and now I am hoping that Sean Smith intervenes and changes the bad service levels rendered by his staff members. I have a trail of emails where the staff of UTH treats owners badly. I am hoping Mr Smith acts with care and resolves this because I am so traumatized by the non action from Shiven and his latest WhatsApp response to me. Absolutely shocked.

Post on they website regulations but can't even follow csos regulations, *******ly processing homeowners personal information, threatening people using attorneys that don't know what the hell even going on you ask them for documents can't even be produced. The attitude and service of their staff are disappointing, with poor communication and an evident lack of concern. I've never encountered such an unprofessional group in my life. The trustees who selected them reveal a lot about their judgment, as service seem completely absent.

I am giving these Managing Agents 1 star, because there is no option for 0 stars. Extremely useless, unprofessional, and every other negative word you can find to describe them! I would discourage anyone from NOT using their services. They do not correspond or reply to queries and/or complaints, citing that they only take instructions from the Trustees. They also seem to favour dishonest Trustees over honest ones. Right from their PA, to Portfolio Manager to the head, they are all useless and full excuses at not giving any information, always pushing the buck on to another member of staff. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGING AGENTS, USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL. AS THEY SAY, PAY PEANUTS, GET ******S!!!!

They don't respond to emails, they make excuses for everything, no-one takes accountability or responsibility to get things done. There is zero sense of urgency. You get bounced from person to person, each one promising to sort out the issue, and none of them actually doing so. If a negative star rating was possible, that is what I would have rated them.

If I could give them zero star I would. I have been dealing with them since the floods in April and have been receiving the most horrible service ever. They never respond to emails, never answer calls and when they do respond their responses never address any of your concern. all they know is sending levy statements. We still waiting for financial statements in order to hold an AGM it's August nothing has come.

I have had a very bad experience with UTH, (1 Flamboyant, Glen Anil, Durban North. I reside at Golden Acres Townhouses. My levy account is up-to-date including the special levy we were made to pay. Our units are in a horrible condition, they are not maintained at all, with leaking roofs, tumbling outer walls etc.. I reported an urgent and life threatening matter to Sherral, Flo and Yashveer 3 months ago and none had a decency of responding my emails. I perceive that as very unprofessional and I am sure they are behaving like this because they do not have a competition.
