Being gaslit and ignored by Shiven Dhabideen who creates a bad name for UTH. He acts as if he is doing me a favor and does not provide any updates. I pay my levies and expect UTH to do their job. Right now it feels like UTH won’t act unless i post publicly. I have never once had UTH provide any service. Absolute the worst townhouse Management company to have manage a complex. They are slow and frustrating and as the owner I have to make ongoing calls for any assistance and even then none received.
UTH – please respond here with what action you’ve taken thus far with proof and your plan to resolve all my concerns and complaints. I have spoken to Jessica previously and now I am hoping that Sean Smith intervenes and changes the bad service levels rendered by his staff members. I have a trail of emails where the staff of UTH treats owners badly. I am hoping Mr Smith acts with care and resolves this because I am so traumatized by the non action from Shiven and his latest WhatsApp response to me. Absolutely shocked.
