Being gaslit and ignored by Shiven Dhabideen who creates a bad name for UTH. He acts as if he is doing me a favor and does not provide any updates. I pay my levies and expect UTH to do their job. Right now it feels like UTH won’t act unless i post publicly. I have never once had UTH provide any service. Absolute the worst townhouse Management company to have manage a complex. They are slow and frustrating and as the owner I have to make ongoing calls for any assistance and even then none received. UTH – please respond here with what action you’ve taken thus far with proof and your plan to resolve all my concerns and complaints. I have spoken to Jessica previously and now I am hoping that Sean Smith intervenes and changes the bad service levels rendered by his staff members. I have a trail of emails where the staff of UTH treats owners badly. I am hoping Mr Smith acts with care and resolves this because I am so traumatized by the non action from Shiven and his latest WhatsApp response to me. Absolutely shocked.
I am beyond disappointed and feel ****med by Vumatel and Axxess. I placed a fibre order on the Vuma website. Agent Marieschen called me and *guaranteed__ that once I paid, technicians would install AND activate the next day. She recommended Axxess as ISP, saying they are “very good”. I paid immediately based on that promise. *30 April 2026 – What actually happened:* 1. Technicians installed in the morning but *could NOT activate*. They had no equipment and left, saying “maintenance will come”. 2. It’s now 4:45pm. *Still no active connection.* Tomorrow is a public holiday and I need internet. 3. The agent Marieschen Ngwato has ignored ALL my calls, mesaages and emails today. Complete ghosting after taking payment. 4. I spent the ENTIRE day being bounced between Vumatel and Axxess call centres. *No one takes accountability.* Each company blames the other. 5. Kelly from Axxess, an Escalation Manager, finally called 1 hour ago. She confirmed Vumatel is causing the delay and “can’t guarantee” activation today. Axxess help line each time a new agent comes on and I have reezplain but still no help. I was **** to. I paid for a service I do not have. I was sold a timeline that was false. *Warning to consumers:* Do NOT use Vumatel or Axxess. The sales team will promise anything to get payment, but there is ZERO after-sales support. You will also be **** to by the installation team. If this is the service before I’m even a customer, I dread to think what happens when something breaks. I have now escalated to ICASA and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud under the Consumer.
Since Saturday I am waiting for a replacement geyser under warranty. I am told to pay an installation cost of 2100 . Plumber is asking for code sending otp number. Cannot get through the phone lines. They mixed up reference number. Thay say no stock of geyser. And no updates in regards to when my geyser will be installed. It's winter.. 6 days has lapsed. I emailed a director Raymond saayman and no response. I was told he is a director by a lady called Nolwazi who seemed sorry for all the inconvenience. I need my geyser installed
