Why, why does Aston have one warranty plumber for call out. The plumber is in Cosmo Cit Randburg. How is it possible to have one person cover from Randburg to Springs on the Eastrand. According to Aubrey at Aston they only work with this ONE plumber ONLY

Not sure who is at fault here. I had a burst geyser in 2022, which was replaced under warranty through ABSA insurance, not even 3 years later and the replaced geyser is now bust. Heat Tech says that they cannot replace the geyser because it has already been replaced once. This brand Heat Tech seems to be a very unreliable brand, whereby their products doesn't even last 3 years. My advice, do not trust or use this brand Heat Tech. Or is the plumber Bububa Holdings Pty Ltd who was sent out to do the installation by ABSA insurance at fault for not doing the installation correctly. How can a geyser that's firstly under warranty burst and then the new one also bust within 3 years. This all sounds very dubious, between the Heat Tech, Buduba Holdings and ABSA insurance who would take accountability? seems like not one them can be trusted.

I have bought a geyser that was made by Heat Tech , I was told that the geyser has bust , my geyser has even finished 5 years, it was almost 2 years. The geyser looks brand new from outside but it has rusted from inside and and it's leaking on all over, My plumber told me this is a factory he has been fixing gysers all his life but he has seen anything like , so this means they made the exterior to be solid , but the interior was useless. They have a company here in Port Elizabeth that is their supplier, they told me they also stopped selling their geysers because clients are always coming back with problem so that is bad for their image. This morning the have sent Pieter Rydemeyer Plumbers to come check the geyser out, they have told me they cannot replace the geyser, because of the warranty void. This is a ****

Worst customer service ever sitting with a warrantee claim but finding every excuse 1st call - call was loged 13:15 please allow 24hours 2nd call 24 hours later - please allow 48 hours No update from them you as customer must follow up 3call 48 hours later - it might rain cant replace due to weather

The service is very poor. Have one service provider for the whole Vaal. Internal communication needs to improved- Call center logs call the service providers is not aware of the calls? The team lead on standby also cannot make decisions in cases of emergencies. The company warehouse closes but does not ensure that the service providers have stock over this period resulting in clients being in a compromised situation. Overall Heat tech needs to review its services and fill the room for improvement. Tnx

Had a heat tech geyser installed as a replacement +- 18 months ago, no end of problems with it, all repairs being for my personal account. Geyser bursts and when installer arrives they refuse to install as it needs to be installed via the roof. No comms from the supplier up front, similarly not sure why i must pay additional costs to install a burst geyser when the issue was created by the installer. I was told that i should "read the terms and conditions" in the document from when the product was installed. No focus on customer service whatsoever.

The afternoon sales team for this company does not care at all. The appointed plumbing company came to my property and dropped the geyser because the installation would have taken them an hour extra. Now I had to incur cost of sourcing another plumbing company
