Vodacom has done in again failing to clear my name. I did a check on ITC and apparently they i owe them R12K, however I have never had a contract with them.
Worst service from this branch. This after they had attempted to install a device recommended by ABSA insurance on the vehicle. My wife car could get into gear due to a blown fuse. They continued attending to other vehicle and left her to arrange for a tow truck to move the vehicle out of their premises in the rain because they could not be bothered.
The afternoon sales team for this company does not care at all. The appointed plumbing company came to my property and dropped the geyser because the installation would have taken them an hour extra. Now I had to incur cost of sourcing another plumbing company
Heat Tech is a ****. Please ensure that private and /or insurance plumbers do not install this product at your home. The after sales is terrible and their plumbers are always in a hurry to the next job. They appointed one of the worst plumbing companies in the industry called (Mzed ICT Trading & Projects), whom were adamant that the leak was a result of a geyser gasket even though we both could see that water was leaking from the geyser seam. I appointed plumbers at my own cost to replace the gasket, however the geyser is still leaking.
I have made attempts to cancel my account as from Monday on all the mentioned site(WhatsApp, Twitter). I even called and Wonderboy informed me that they are not allowed to cancel. He says I must use self service , however there are no options on these platforms that allow you to cancel. Am I now stuck with a service that is worth ZERO to me?
