I have had a very bad experience with UTH, (1 Flamboyant, Glen Anil, Durban North. I reside at Golden Acres Townhouses. My levy account is up-to-date including the special levy we were made to pay. Our units are in a horrible condition, they are not maintained at all, with leaking roofs, tumbling outer walls etc.. I reported an urgent and life threatening matter to Sherral, Flo and Yashveer 3 months ago and none had a decency of responding my emails. I perceive that as very unprofessional and I am sure they are behaving like this because they do not have a competition.
I have made series of calls to the call center since 17/02/2021 after I received confirmation that the installation (JYPGWA) was due on the 16/02/2021. Every time i call I am told that the query will be escalated to PriceLock and they will call me back. No INT number has been provided. The Installer I was referred to on the tracker is not aware of any job allocation. The amount on my statement accommodates the new monthly payments but the the decoder ha not been delivered
My delivery was due on the 3rd of September 2018 but to date I have not yet received it. The last communique from them was on the 3rd citing that they are "experiencing delays". The lady at the switchboard was very rude when I made a follow up or probably an indication of when can I expect my delivery
