Once again all I've had are empty promises. Another day has come and gone and I still have NOT HEARD FROM OR RECEIVED MY ORDER!!?????
I am VERY disappointed with your service with my order! When I placed the order I saw that your invoice had the correct address but your delivery address was incorrect. I have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails and SMS advising you of this error. I am still waiting for someone to call me back even after everyone that I spoke to assured that they would sort this issue out. I am VERY Dissatisfied with your service and assistance. I have done numerous orders over the years and have never experienced this disgusting service. I received a SMS saying that you now want to credit the order due to your error... this is not acceptable. I placed an order and payed for the order that I expect to receive. I want my full order delivered to the correct address address and expect to receive it urgently. I cannot be held responsible for your incopetenence! When calling your staff refuse to allow me to speak to management so if this is not resolved to my satisfaction I will take this matter further. Regards Debbie Parsons
