Pathetic service.
Pathetic service. My pool was repaired in May and end of October I realised there was a crack, which I brought to their attention and said from 7th November I'll be available for them to come out to fix the crack. But once I emptied my pool I realized the pool started having small chips and the paint started to show white streaks. They have failed to come out to fix the faults, after being told they will come out the 12th November. And its under a 2 year warranty. I've gone to the store several times to find out whats happening but I simply can't be answered.

Senor Splash Pool cracked
I would like to report that we bought a fibreglass pool from Senor Splash 3 years ago. During this time they have had to replace the weir more than 3 times, during the 1st year, because it was leaking, due to the holes in bath where the weir is attached were wrongly drilled. They had to take out the pool because it wasn't compacted correctly, after that the electrical wiring was a problem and the light was leaking. It was also not installed level, a week ago we realized that the base of the pool was cracked. Upon buying the pool the quote stipulated that there is a 5 year warranty on the bath, so when I contact them they replied that the company that they bought the pool from is closed and that I don't have a warranty anymore and cannot claim anything from them, so they are prepared to supply the materials and I must pay for the labour to fix the crack. However it means that all the water will have to be taken out (my account) and then again be refilled. (my account). I have tried many times to get hold of Dean Rheeder the person who owns Senor Splash. He never answer my calls. I would like to appeal to anyone who has had similar problems to contact me: 071 887 5619.

BAD AFTER SERVICE
MY POOL WAS FITTED QUICK GOOD SERVICE, I PAID CASH,THEN 1 YEAR LATER PROBLEM STARTED,POOL FOUNDATION STARTED TO SINK IN.I PHONED THEM HOW MANY TIMES EVERY TIME DIFFERENT STORY THAT WAS IN FEB 2015 THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT,THAT WAS THE LAST.6 MONTHS LATER I THEN PHONED THEM ON THE 14 SEPTEMBER 2015,THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT THE POOL OKAY THEY WILL COME AND FIX IT SO NOW THEY COME TO START WORK 1 OLD MAN WITH ONE HELPER NO TOOLS WITH THEM.I MUST LEND THEM TOOLS DO THE JOB.ONE WEEK IS GONE BY THE POOL IS TAKEN OUT AN PUT BACK WORST THEN WHAT IT WAS PREVIOUSLY THERE IS NO SUPERVISION WHAT SO EVER THE OWNER IS \USELESS SLAP GAT"YOU CAN TIE TO PHONE HIM ALWAYS BUSY WITH SOME THING NEVER RETURN A CALL.THE JOB IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO DONE.I KNOW MY PAVING IS GOING TO BE A MESS NOT GOING TO BE FITTED LIKE IT WAS.I WILL NEVER NEVER SURGES PEOPLE TO USE THERE SERVICE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A POOR PRODUCT
About 2 months after installing a fibreglass pool, the lining started bubbling and peeling. A gentleman from Senor Splash eventually came to have a look and informed me that they (Senor Splash) used a new fibreglass pool shell supplier, and they would have to sort it out with them and get back to me. Despite a 5 year warranty on their quotation, they have not bothered to respond to numerous emails or telephone calls since then. It is now 1 year later, and still no response. After sales service is non-existent.
