Very very Bad service from zoom no feedback at all you can try to call just no way to get hold of someone.The feedback on hello pieter just look like some idiot sitting and copy and paste the exact same story over and over.
Good day, Very bad client service from ABSA SORT TERM INSURANCE and FOGI PLUMBING. NEW GEYSER AND PLUMBING WAS DONE BY FOGI PLUMBING.VERY BADE WORK WAS DONE. After contacting FOGI PLUMBING to come out and sort the problem the gentlemen was there and said that this is not his problem I must call ABSA so that they must send an plumber out to come and sort the problem out WHAT IS HIS JOB THEN ONLY A GEYSER FITTER NOT A PLUMBER.His words to me was the problem is low water pressure.NO HOT WATER WAS COMING OUT THE TAPS. So then I called ABSA and the lady said she will appoint a plumber to call and arrange with him to phone me and sort the problem out.IAM STILL WAITTING FOR THE CALL. I called a plumber on Sunday 4th to come and sort the problem out.His report was water pressure is 100% and then started with his fault finding.He then found a blockage in the pipe fittings were FOGI PLUMBING WILL NEVER RECOMEND THEM.
MY POOL WAS FITTED QUICK GOOD SERVICE, I PAID CASH,THEN 1 YEAR LATER PROBLEM STARTED,POOL FOUNDATION STARTED TO SINK IN.I PHONED THEM HOW MANY TIMES EVERY TIME DIFFERENT STORY THAT WAS IN FEB 2015 THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT,THAT WAS THE LAST.6 MONTHS LATER I THEN PHONED THEM ON THE 14 SEPTEMBER 2015,THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT THE POOL OKAY THEY WILL COME AND FIX IT SO NOW THEY COME TO START WORK 1 OLD MAN WITH ONE HELPER NO TOOLS WITH THEM.I MUST LEND THEM TOOLS DO THE JOB.ONE WEEK IS GONE BY THE POOL IS TAKEN OUT AN PUT BACK WORST THEN WHAT IT WAS PREVIOUSLY THERE IS NO SUPERVISION WHAT SO EVER THE OWNER IS \USELESS SLAP GAT"YOU CAN TIE TO PHONE HIM ALWAYS BUSY WITH SOME THING NEVER RETURN A CALL.THE JOB IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO DONE.I KNOW MY PAVING IS GOING TO BE A MESS NOT GOING TO BE FITTED LIKE IT WAS.I WILL NEVER NEVER SURGES PEOPLE TO USE THERE SERVICE.
