Useless system wont let me download my results
I have been trying to get my results from NWU but seems like they cant assist an Alumni. I was a student for 4 years there, and now after working for 4 years Ive decided to go to another university to do my honours. Now Im struggling to get my old results so I could add these to my application

Incompetent Vodacom
Never sign a contract with this company. It seems like they are not interested in canceling contracts, and they will continue to take money every month. My father has been trying to cancel some contracts as they are unneeded, but we send in all the required documents and then nothing happens. This is my second complaint. Ill never comeback to this company. Thanks for your incompetence.

Pathetic customer service
So we have been trying to contact Vodacom customer care to cancel some contracts since August and still every month the debit orders are still going off. No one is getting back to us!! And the pathetic thing is that we can't cancel our contracts instore!!!! But OMG every month we get calls to upgrade and buy new **** and the more we say we aren't interested the more they call.

Pathetic service.
Pathetic service. My pool was repaired in May and end of October I realised there was a crack, which I brought to their attention and said from 7th November I'll be available for them to come out to fix the crack. But once I emptied my pool I realized the pool started having small chips and the paint started to show white streaks. They have failed to come out to fix the faults, after being told they will come out the 12th November. And its under a 2 year warranty. I've gone to the store several times to find out whats happening but I simply can't be answered.
