We have really bad reception throughout this year. We are in Cw6 Vanderbijlpark and when you phone Coverage they say the Engineers are working on the problem. From October we have not had any reception in CW6 suburb in Vanderbijlpark. And there is no real feedback when you log an call and ask for assistance.
I would like to report that we bought a fibreglass pool from Senor Splash 3 years ago. During this time they have had to replace the weir more than 3 times, during the 1st year, because it was leaking, due to the holes in bath where the weir is attached were wrongly drilled. They had to take out the pool because it wasn't compacted correctly, after that the electrical wiring was a problem and the light was leaking. It was also not installed level, a week ago we realized that the base of the pool was cracked. Upon buying the pool the quote stipulated that there is a 5 year warranty on the bath, so when I contact them they replied that the company that they bought the pool from is closed and that I don't have a warranty anymore and cannot claim anything from them, so they are prepared to supply the materials and I must pay for the labour to fix the crack. However it means that all the water will have to be taken out (my account) and then again be refilled. (my account). I have tried many times to get hold of Dean Rheeder the person who owns Senor Splash. He never answer my calls.
