Pathetic service.

Pathetic service. My pool was repaired in May and end of October I realised there was a crack, which I brought to their attention and said from 7th November I'll be available for them to come out to fix the crack. But once I emptied my pool I realized the pool started having small chips and the paint started to show white streaks. They have failed to come out to fix the faults, after being told they will come out the 12th November. And its under a 2 year warranty. I've gone to the store several times to find out whats happening but I simply can't be answered.
