Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism and problem resolution, bought a voucher 2 weeks ago and it doesn’t work - troubleshooting done but to no avail and they’re refusing to refund me instead they’re no longer responding to my communication

I would like to sincerely thank Lydia for the excellent support and professionalism she provided throughout the entire process. From the moment I reported my Wi-Fi issue, she was patient, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. She carefully followed up, asked the right questions, and escalated the issue quickly to the network team to make sure it gets resolved. The worst customer care. You will never find them when you have an issue my WiFi been down since Thursday and the only way to communicate with them is through a WhatsApp chat bot and when I get an agent to respond they only respond once after 4hours and you have to wait for them again another 4 hours. You call their landline they provided in their website it takes you straight to voicemail no one is ever available on their support side. I don’t know why building will install such a terrible WiFi and no one can reach the rise people.

I bought 2 Vuchers a week ago online I didn't get my voucher numbers those were for 8 rands,I bought today for 150 I haven't r eceived my voucher, when I call them its ringing until it drops their robot has nor been working for almost a year

I am extremely dissatisfied AGAIN with the level of service I’ve received regarding my fibre connection. For the past several days, the network has been highly unstable—devices struggle to connect, and even when they do, the connection drops repeatedly. It often takes multiple attempts just to get online, making it nearly impossible to work effectively. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I reached out to the company for assistance and have yet to receive any meaningful response. As a paying customer who relies on this service for work, this is simply unacceptable. At the very least, customers deserve timely updates and transparency when there are known issues. The silence and ongoing disruption reflect poorly on the company’s service standards. I would strongly urge the company to address both the technical issues and their customer support responsiveness as a matter of urgency.
