The worst customer care. You will never find them when you have an issue my WiFi been down since Thursday and the only way to communicate with them is through a WhatsApp chat bot and when I get an agent to respond they only respond once after 4hours and you have to wait for them again another 4 hours. You call their landline they provided in their website it takes you straight to voicemail no one is ever available on their support side. I don’t know why building will install such a terrible WiFi and no one can reach the rise people.
The worst service, the customer care line number is always never available to assist. Their WiFi never works at all. When you finally get hold of them after few weeks they will lie and say we will call you back and that’s it you will never hear from them. With rise you won’t rise at all but fall.
The worst , their WiFi is always down I thought rain was bad but these guys are so terrible. Their WiFi in a month works for a week and the other days it’s always down.
