I bought 2 Vuchers a week ago online I didn't get my voucher numbers those were for 8 rands,I bought today for 150 I haven't r eceived my voucher, when I call them its ringing until it drops their robot has nor been working for almost a year
I live in BRICKFIELDS Newtown, the network is so baaaaaaaaaaaaad its been like this for the past 2 years I have been here ,it reaches the limited sessions on its own, they now use a chatbox to log your query you always get ticket number +14000, meaning plus 14000 people are experiencing a problem with this network ,they do not attend to your query when you follow up they blue tick you until your voucher expirers ,very unprofessional & useless yet their slogan is "Rise Telecoms has been on a mission to provide a world-class internet experience to overlooked segments of the market for almost a decade. Now more than ever, reliable, fast internet access has become a necessity across every segment of society and we’re striving to make great, affordable internet accessible to all South Africans" BULL***
Their service is very good, hustle free when joining them, their self service is so easy.
The worst wifi their customer care line is not working, their chowbot is not responding just bluetick your messages for a month now , you get an error saying" Open session limit reached "they don't help you with clearing the error, their whattsap numbers that they provided are not working ❗❗❗I just wanna finish my monthly data and stop using this network 🚮🚮🚮
