I am extremely dissatisfied AGAIN with the level of service I’ve received regarding my fibre connection.
For the past several days, the network has been highly unstable—devices struggle to connect, and even when they do, the connection drops repeatedly. It often takes multiple attempts just to get online, making it nearly impossible to work effectively.
What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I reached out to the company for assistance and have yet to receive any meaningful response. As a paying customer who relies on this service for work, this is simply unacceptable.
At the very least, customers deserve timely updates and transparency when there are known issues. The silence and ongoing disruption reflect poorly on the company’s service standards.
I would strongly urge the company to address both the technical issues and their customer support responsiveness as a matter of urgency.
