Zizipho at kempstar mall, Kempton park a very chubby lady, we're supposed to make an order she tells us to wait 40 Minutes, I had no problem with the waiting but girl is very rude her responses to our question "Akena Taba" IDGF, The Other Colleague (Magdeline) Tries To Cover It Up And Was Actually Nice, Gettin This Chubby Girl To Explain She Says "Bagafa" As In We're Mad To Try And Understand Why We Must Wait 40 Minutes For Meat, Was The Chicken Still Being Slaughtered Or What? The So Called Manager Did Not Even Come Attend Our Query, She Gave Us The Email Address From The Other Side Of The Shop
If I wanted to spend my entire afternoon at a health care facility, I could've just gone to Spartan clinic/ Tembisa hospital, because Why must we wait for over an hour for assistance and the excuse we're getting Is "The DR takes long to assist 1 patient" out of over 6 consultation rooms, When we finally see the Doctor he tells us, it's not his fault we must speak to the manager and they sent 1 Doctor away

Been here for over an hour for a mere rabies shot, they make us go for vitals on the other side, they call for your name like they don't want, mark your file as "no response" then make you wait hours before they can assist you, no one is communicating with us or anything, found some lady sitting here with a drip, she ddn even know what she she waiting for, everyone keeps asking her whats wrong but no one comes back to attend her, What do you guys call that? Cumon guys, were tax payers here, why must we be treated like yall are doing us a favor?
I purchased a polo in December 2019, i am from GP so registered the car myself and was told by the sales consultant that i will get a refund for the money i used. I then sent the proof and everything in January a few days before payday. To date i am still waiting for that refund.
I contacted Fundi the day before yesterday out of desperation and guess what Pretty Moropene answered the phone with gratitude and a very friendly personality for that matter, I was down and out I was desperate that call was not just a phone call, Pretty made me feel at ease and @ home I just felt that its only fair to post positive reviews also and not always post when we were treated bad or when we are unhappy. I have no words for Pretty's excellent service look here, she deserves a bonus/increase or something this December guys this lady is exactly what we need in call centers. Her willingness to help is out of this world call center agents like her should be rewarded and recognized. I have never had any issues with fundi (previously named eduloan), your agents and service guys is tremendous please keep up the spirit and continue to help people achieve their dreams, my lil sister is going to write her exams this December all thanks to you people. From the Bottom of my heart: I am grateful.

I really thought this time we could handle things professionaly but clearly thats not what they are about because here I am again @ Hello Peter seeking assistance. I even sent the below email and called that ********** number again to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>"Its funny how theyg are so quick to debit cash but so slow to process claims, I have been calling this ********** number on numerous occasions since I sent the attached documents, not on a single day have I gone through to an Agent can you guys literally be "experiencing high call volumes" everyday like really now???</p> <p>Please be advised that I will not be calling that number again, I cant be staying on the line for 10 minutes between finrite and the stuff customer care sucks, you guys need to up your game. I expect correspondence on this email by Monday the latest or else I am escalating the matter further.</p> <p>Can it really be that hard to resolve matters on 1st attempt???"</p>
