Really dissapointed in Afrihost, have been with them for over 11 years. took on a reseller server recently and have had more downtime on my web domains then uptime in the last couple weeks. What is more annoying is the lack or no feedback, from complaints and retentions. Keep getting the same resolution , ;we are working on it', this should not have happened in the 1st place. server and hosting 101. i have last almost full days of not receiving mails in the last two weeks. really poor, I am rally considering moving my domains to another partner.
Malibongwe is an asset to Budget. The time to listen and understand is what has kept me at budget and not move to another insurance company. Thank you
Extremely poor service from the contact centre. I called held for 18minutes there after call is answered, I tell the person what I need done. after a while of talking the person says that they cant hear me, then I explain again. person says please hold but rather transfers me. I get to another person, after explaining again, I am told to be put on hold after another 8 minutes of holding they cut the call. I need a resolution on two loans that I have settled.

Before making the purchase Mr Smith(Area Manager) had informed me that the ring could be resized accordingly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today been the 10th we go back to NWJ Mall of Africa we are told that it cannot be resized accordingly. </p> <p> </p> <p>We got the ring on a special. So no we are to get a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this appauling to say the least. </p>
