Hi! I am staying few meters away fro Astron filling station in vanderbijlpark, it's convenient for me and my family. I have few Concerns & asked for clarity, 2 things happens it's either you will leave the place not satisfied with the answers or the owner will avoid you. I have 3 private cars, early last month ONE DAY ONLY I've put R1500 petrol(plus other days) but month the U Count point is R17. There is a banner since the days of Caltex displayed "get up to R2 per liter back".as I said it has been happening for a while now but I thought this time I must ask for clarity from you.. My questions: 1.do you have a speed point U Count for standard bank customers? 2.everytime after fuelling I get the SMS that "you been entered into monthly draw" Is that automatic? 3.if not what's the standard procedure? Thanks!
December 2025 I went to @home in vaal-mall & bought a table(RYLANCE COFFEE TABLE THEY CALL IT) as a birthday gift to my wife, it was on special the original price was R18000. the problem with the table is it can't get cleaned, anything you put on it makes stains. We tried everything March 18th 2026 I went to the shop to ask for advice on what to use, days later I get call from NTHABiSENG to bring the table back(to me that was suppose to be the last resort) but they opted for the short cut. I asked who can I talk to escalate this matter she said "customer care" my follow up question was on who's expenses? To be sent from pillar to post & she couldn't answer me. I don't own a bakkie so who is going to re-inburse me for transport cost? She couldn't answer what she did was to accuse me of shouting her.
Going to PEP home at president hyper there is a Cashier by the name of SESE very cheeky & grumpy, Thinking customer relations is a favor to customers. I had to remind her that Putting on PEP uniform she's the Face of the business. She'll ignore you the only time she opens her Mouth is "cash or card". I regret spending my money there
Around 17h30 I was at ackermans Vaal mall standing alone in a queue in the midst of 5 employees/cashiers just ignoring me until I asked for help to pay for my clothes. Worse when I demand to see the supervisor she was amongst them(Lerato) allowing this nonsense to happen in her presence. Does she know about CRM or she thinks she's doing a paying customer a favor by rendering a service? I made it clear to her I was gonna write a review & she arrogantly said shap.
Good day! This is to say thank you KOOS & MIKE for us to take pride in our surroundings because of you cutting the grass in front of our yards & keeping the park clean for families to enjoy and be safe doing it for FREE. You add value to our properties & our neighborhood is beautiful. Keep shinning guys!!
2 days without internet & I was told the technician will attend to the problem. Why generate a card but not follow up? Or update your paying customer. No need to continue using your services if I'm treated as if you doing me a favor. I'll have to shop for another service provider your service is horrible I won't advice anyone to use your services unless they want to be inconvenienced for days paying for nothing.
It's almost 2 days without internet & I was promised when I called that a technician will be assigned, worse no communication to update me as their paying customer or may be they are doing me a favor. A card was generated but no follow up. This is an inconvenience thinking of shopping for another service provider
Hi! I went to vaal president liquor to buy a bottle of whisky for my visitors,a cashier by the name of Maria puleng Mthembu is very cold & arrogant towards customers.treating customers as if she's doing them a favour,no greetings, no you going to use cash or card nothing. The 1st thing that came out of her mouth is "plastic",to show she doesn't know what customer relations is she refused to give me her name (though she has her tag under the jacket she was wearing). Also refused to show me who is the manager she told me Iist ask security even after I told her I'm not impressed of her attitude.
The service I am getting from cartrack is pathetic,I complaint of their device not shutting down after the car engine is switched off & draining my car battery(will get a pop up message high battery drainage)when I have to start the car after hours parked. Backed my complain with screen short of up to 6hrs the app still show the car is on,it's close to a year now. Their consultants told me it's because my unit was old, gave them go ahead to put a new one but i still have the same problem.went to vanderbijlpark walking center explained my frustrations backed up by ample screenshorts & was promised to be assisted. Got a call & a guy from the technical dept after hearing my story told me the problem might be the app,my question was "why only on 1 car not all 3 of my cars with their unit"? Why I was made to change the unit? He couldn't explain,he promised to send the technician to do fault finding on the battery draining & I'm still waiting 3 days after we spoke. New unit was fitted advised by a consultant without technical background, bought new battery because the one I had was always drained. Those with technical background they "don't listen to understand "they just respond to your challenges . I want all 3 units on my 3 cars out
Hi! On the 20/02/24 I wrote an email to mail@c*****.co.za to complian about the Full cream milk UHT process I bought from checkers hyper,2 in a box were spoiled & lumpy my son was vomiting after consuming it. the best before date is the 27/08/24 I even included a video as proof but they kept mum until this day. It's sad & bad customer relations managent . Regards!
