I’m a student and bought Berg cheese specifically to meal prep and make pizzas for my lunches this week. Unfortunately, the cheese doesn’t melt at all, which was really frustrating because that’s exactly what I needed it for. What is this cheese actually meant to be used for? It would really help if C***** could clearly indicate this on the packaging so customers know before buying it. As a student on a budget, this honestly feels like a waste of money.

Totally disappointed with C***** SA and there customer service. On the 25 April 2026 my wife need to visit money market at Shoprite so while we was there we purchased a few items including C***** tropika juice. The best before date was the 18 May 2026 and I had open the juice to consume on the 27 April 2026. To my surprise the juice was sour hence gone off. I reached out to C***** SA via there online complaint form, called in and also emailed them about there product. The lady that I spoke to over the phone was most helpful but the person that emailed me Avril Buys, worst customer complaint person ever. She sent me and application for and all the fields that was supposed to be taken down by her she sent to me to complete yet I did it also via the online form. From the time of my complaint and even after sending "Avril" all info I have not even received one email after that even of acknowledgment. So C***** SA decides to reimburse me with a R40 voucher that can't even replace the 2L Tropika for the price I purchased it at Shoprite was R44,99 an it can only be redeemed at Checker or Pick n Pay. My monthly buying is only done at Take and Pay so now I must put and extra R50 fuel in my car just to go to Checkers and the best part is that the voucher is still does not cover the price of the item. Honestly if a person has to go through so much issues with C***** over their product then its best to stop supporting this "ONCE" love brand .

I sent an email to C***** informing them that I recently purchased C***** Krush juices from Pick n Pay at Durban Pavilion Mall. I later discovered that the 3kg juices had expired. Unfortunately, my complaint has been ignored, and I have not received any response from them.

First and last time using Berg Cheese. It is definitely rubber and not cheese. 250°C of heat, doesn't stand a chance against this type of "cheese" . Guys this "cheese" doesn't melt, its texture stays the same. Was this made in a Lab? Now I'm terrified for my digestive system. This is a total waste of money!!!

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a grievance regarding a serious incident involving one of your products, Tropika 330ml pineapple-flavoured juice, which appears to have been contaminated and caused illness to my niece. On the day in question(27 April 2026), at approximately 12:00 PM, my mother purchased the Tropika juice from Pick n Pay Protea Glen Mall. My niece consumed the drink immediately after leaving the store. Within approximately five minutes of consumption, she began experiencing severe stomach cramps. Upon inspection, my mother discovered a thick white residue inside the beverage, which strongly suggested contamination. She immediately returned to the store to report the matter. The store management acknowledged that the product appeared compromised and indicated that the matter would be escalated to your company. However, during this time, my niece’s condition worsened significantly—she began experiencing severe cramping and frequent diarrhoea while still at the store. We were advised to take her to a doctor; however, we explained that we did not have the financial means to do so at that moment. Given that the illness occurred immediately after consuming your product, we believe the contamination to be the direct cause of her condition. The store contacted a C***** representative named Cecile for guidance, but we were informed that no immediate assistance could be provided. As a result, we remained at the store for approximately three hours without any meaningful support or intervention, despite the visible deterioration of the child’s condition. I am deeply concerned by both the apparent contamination of a consumable product and the lack of urgency in addressing a potentially serious health risk. This incident has been extremely traumatic for our family, particularly given that a child was involved and in visible distress. As a manufacturer of food and beverage products, C***** has a responsibility to ensure the safety and quality of its products, as well as to respond appropriately when consumer health is at risk. I therefore request the following: * A full investigation into the batch and quality control of the product in question * Feedback on how such contamination could have occurred * Immediate steps being taken to prevent similar incidents * Guidance on medical support or reimbur*****t related to this incident * A formal response addressing this matter as a priority We trust that C***** will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and provide a prompt and thorough response. 08/04/2026, i bought a few items from Pnp via MR Delivery, one of those items was a 450g C***** Cheddar Processed Cheese. Man, i regret not checking the reviews before buying that product, damn, what a disgusting taste and smell. What are they feeding us, Lord ... what a waste of money. Please C*****, remove that product from shelves and recall it. it smells spoilt and have a horrible taste. I love Cheese and i use it daily but what i ate today....Naah... that is not cheese!

08/04/2026, i bought a few items from Pnp via MR Delivery, one of those items was a 450g C***** Cheddar Processed Cheese. Man, i regret not checking the reviews before buying that product, damn, what a disgusting taste and smell. What are they feeding us, Lord ... what a waste of money. Please C*****, remove that product from shelves and recall it. it smells spoilt and have a horrible taste. I love Cheese and i use it daily but what i ate today....Naah... that is not cheese!

April 2026 still my favourite shopping products. Fave Caramel Treat , Condensed Milk just used for baking still the same great taste. Deserves 10/10. C***** Creamer taste Brilliant in Nescafe coffee makes coffee creamy & delicious. 😋 Cheese still very cheesy , melty tasty in pizza 🍕 😝. This review is about the C***** product Chedder cheese. It is disgusting when compared to other brands. The cheese as a different taste but above all it doesn't melt. With other Chedder cheeses you generally get a stringy texture when melted especially in a toasted sandwich. This cheese just doesn't melt. Worst chedder cheese I have come across. I reviewed this cheese after I had a problem with it only to find someone with the same complaint.
