was store in table view few days ago. I was there with my father. We had 2 xL Mochas to drink. 2 eat my father had the steak, egg n chips and I myself had the double bacon cheeseburger. To start off with the compliment out the mocha, the milk was off and the chocolate wasn't even added to it so basically we ended up with a disgusting Americano. My father's steak, was meant to be well done, instead it was completely rare and the chips on both meals was still hard and 80% raw. Moving to my burger, the patties wasn't done right, the blood of the meat was still running through the patties, it was absolutely disgusting. We asked for the manger but instead we got told the manager is busy and can not come see to us, our waiter was extremely rude and ****** towards my father. How can you have staff like this and still operate a restaurant. Does your staff not know how to fry a burger patty or a steak, do they not know how to make a coffee? Thankfully none of us is sick but this is disgusting. We actually are completely revolted by this service and the quality of the food. I am a member of your app, I couldn't even scan the slip on my app it didn't allow me to. Which is okay but the service and quality is absolutely revolting. Please tell me how to handle this and sort the matter out as R446.00 is a lot of money to spend on food that's so disgusting and no staff that wants to assist. As I actually would love to take this matter further, due to raw meat and sourness someone can end up extremely sick. The franchise Manager is the only one with customer service and respect. However the customer service office emails and says one thing and says they been instructed to do something by the franchise Manager, then they change the story and make up stories to not do their job. As much as I love bootlegger, stay away from beach front , blouberg branch.
Urgent matter the area manager to contact me urgently 0724059330. Firstly no stores answer their phones. And more importantly, staff and management at St George mall in cape town is ******, rude to customers and send customers to a different branch so they dont need to do refunds or exchanges. I went to return a jeans I bought there and had the slip, then they refused to assist me and didn't return my slip. I bought mens jeans on Tuesday 3rd Feb 2026, till number 3, paid cash, time just after 9am. The manager refuses to do anything about the situation and the assistant manager is disgustingly rude and staff is ******. I need to refund the jeans as it's the wrong size and I have bought the correct size at a different shop. I don't want store manager to contact me , I expect area manager or regional manager to contact me immediately as I'm now going to see my lawyer and sue that branche for ******
They send emails saying that when you deposit you will get so much casino bonus and free spins , but they don't give it, they don't answer you, no consultants assist, they just take your money. Do not take kids to this school, kids are ******, principal is ****** , the school policy states no ****** and bullying, the principal does not let the parent speak in a meeting, I asked for a transfer letter for term 3 and they took my son off the school registration with immediate effect not letting my child finish his assessments, the department of education is aware of the ******* activity and how the principal is running the school and the school is facing ******** chargers and court case for how the principal runs the school and the fact that she took my son off the school registration and not allowing my son to finish his assessment. People find a different school for your kids, there is plenty of complaints against Woodbridge that the department of education is dealing with due to the current principal

Both stores such as canal walk, and gardens centre refuse to refund me on returning a microwave I purchases, I got a slip from the club card. They refuse to refund me and assist a customer.
This place management is disgusting, and the staff is rude. When you purchase something they refuse refund you due to item that you purchased does not work, the slip clearly states 48 hours to return item on it. I purchased a game for Ps4 and tested it and it does not work, the staff behind the casher stand is rude. This is a disgrace that they sell things that's do not work. It hasn't been 48 hours and they tell me I can only exchange, then they want to pass my item from staff to staff and refuse to give it to me in my hand. This is a blady disgrace

I bought a block of sunshine d butter not to long ago, just to find out that's it's expiry date was for last year 2022 , 11 months past it's expiry date.
