The new pronutro is absolutely disgusting. Why would you change something that was amazing? If I wanted future life I would buy it. Please change it back. I used to buy at least 6 boxes a month. I wont buy any now.
I paid off my finchoice account and sent a paid up letter to dmc. They informed me that there is another account with finchoice that I need to settle that I do not agree with. I logged a query and got an email with a reference nr. When called to follow up the query was nowhere to be found and I had to start all over. Now having to wait another 14 working days!! I need this cleared from my name but I am getting no help from DMC.
I ordered bolognese pasta from lupa meyersdal and what a dissapointment. It was sticky and mushy and not nice. I can make better pasta at home. Really not worth the money.
Used sweepsouth for the 1st time yesterday. So upset with the service. She didn't clean under any beds or couches. She didn't dust. Half the floors are still dirty. The stove hasn't even been wiped or the kitchen counters. Really. I paid and booked extra for cabinets and half of them weren't even opened. I have complained and no one has even came back to me. Useless.
Got an sms notification that my package will be delivered. Phoned in to arrange a suitable time for them to come. Told the lady that I will not be home between 12h00 and 13h30 so they need to come before or after that. Driver came at 13h15, didn't call me. Saw no one was here and left. Now I have to wait another day because they are useless
I am a good client that always pays my account, it is actually almost paid up. I’ve lost my card. Went to Edgars Mall of the South and Eastgate and no one can help me with a new card!!! I went to 2 jet stores in the same malls and no one can help me!!! *** is going on with the customer service???
I went to edgars today to get a new account card, they sent me to jet because the card that was stolen was jet. Arrived at jet and they told me they don’t have cards so they can’t help me. I asked what if I wanted to buy something? The lady said I should wait for a card when they get in stock and until then I can’t buy anything. I am a very loyal customer, my account is as good as paid off, I never skip a payment and still I can’t be assisted in any way!!! Very disappointed
My handbag was stolen a few months ago with all my cards in my wallet. My game card was stolen as well as my license and ID. Covid has been a difficult time to apply for all of this. I went for my license this week and got a temporary license until I receive my card. I went to game Mall of the South yesterday with my temp license, my passport as well as a copy of my ID that was stolen and the lady didn’t accept any of it in order to receive a new game card. I have been paying every month without skipping, my account is almost settled but I cannot even be issued a new store card. I am very upset and disappointed. Not happy.
I settled my account a few months ago but I’m still being charged. I owe R100 and I am getting messages and phone calls like I owe R10 000. I’ll pay the R100 and close this account. At least then I won’t be harassed for R100 anymore. Really. Sure other people owe way more. Worry about them.
