You have ruined Pronutro it is less than horrible
If I could give you zero stars I would have. It seems to be a culture in South Africa that if something works let’s break it! Pronutro cereal was excellent in the past it was a favourite of mine from childhood well into adult hood I always enjoyed the taste, the texture and just about everything about it. But what you have done with this brand that worked perfectly in the past is you ruined it No, you destroyed a great product. It is absolutely garbage it tastes horrible the texture is less than horrible. Whoever the not so bright spark is that came up with the idea to change this iconic product. Please fire them or put them on a plane with a one-way ticket to a very far foreign country never to return. They are not the sharpest tool in your shed. They are not the sharpest pencil in your company packet as I see that I am not the only one dissatisfied with what you have done to a great product. YOU DID NOT UPGRADE THE PRODUCT YOU DOWNGRADED IT!

ProNutro Banana flavour has been the only cereal I’ve bought or eaten for well over a decade. I absolutely loved the stuff. Then you changed the formula — heaven knows why. I can only assume it was to save a few cents, because the new version is terrible. Honestly, this should be taken to the ICC as a crime against humanity. The flavour is almost non-existent now, the texture is like sludge or putty, and every now and then you get weird chunks that feel like biting into Polyfilla. I couldn’t even finish a single bowl. You completely messed up a genuinely great product. Now I have to go searching through a dozen cereals again trying to find a new favourite. Why can’t companies just leave good products alone? 1/10. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Disgusting new taste and texture
Morning, I have been a great champion of ProNutro since I was a little boy. I have to, however, express my utter disappointment with your new ProNutro Product.You've changed the very essence of ProNutro. Unfortunately, I was one of those suckers who bought the new product. Both my daughter and I could not eat any of it baring a few tastes. If you, as a holding company, were planning to change this so radically, surely you should have called it something else, so as not to fool the consumers. All I can say is I am very disappointed in Pioneer Foods, Bokomo, and Pronutro.

Chocolate Pronutro completely ruined – shocking change
I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes to Pronutro Chocolate. This has been a cereal I’ve enjoyed my entire life a true childhood favourite, and what it has been changed into is honestly revolting. The texture is now sticky and lumpy, the taste is terrible, and overall it is just a very unpleasant product. It is no longer enjoyable in any way. What used to be smooth and comforting is now a complete mess. To make matters worse, it is no longer gluten-free, which is a significant change and excludes many loyal customers who re**** on it. I cannot understand why a product that worked so well for so many years was changed so drastically. This is not an improvement, it is a complete downgrade. Very disappointing to lose a product that has been part of my life for so long.

Bring back old pronutro
The new pronutro is absolutely disgusting. Why would you change something that was amazing? If I wanted future life I would buy it. Please change it back. I used to buy at least 6 boxes a month. I wont buy any now.
