ProNutro Banana flavour has been the only cereal I’ve bought or eaten for well over a decade. I absolutely loved the stuff. Then you changed the formula — heaven knows why. I can only assume it was to save a few cents, because the new version is terrible. Honestly, this should be taken to the ICC as a crime against humanity. The flavour is almost non-existent now, the texture is like sludge or putty, and every now and then you get weird chunks that feel like biting into Polyfilla. I couldn’t even finish a single bowl. You completely messed up a genuinely great product. Now I have to go searching through a dozen cereals again trying to find a new favourite. Why can’t companies just leave good products alone? 1/10. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

25 Minutes hanging on to speak to support. I have 10+ sites hosted with them, but you have to literally remind them every time to enable cPanel. Basic stuff. Seems they have one or two people who know what they doing and the rest just kind of drift. The WhatsApp number on the site doesn't work, their previous support number doesn't exist, they mention live support on the home page, but nowhere to be found. Not sure if they are dishonest or just totally inept at customer service. Avoid at all costs. Rather pay more but get service. Will be looking for someone else to take over all my hosting.
