ProNutro Banana flavour has been the only cereal I’ve bought or eaten for well over a decade. I absolutely loved the stuff.

Then you changed the formula — heaven knows why. I can only assume it was to save a few cents, because the new version is terrible. Honestly, this should be taken to the ICC as a crime against humanity.

The flavour is almost non-existent now, the texture is like sludge or putty, and every now and then you get weird chunks that feel like biting into Polyfilla. I couldn’t even finish a single bowl.

You completely messed up a genuinely great product. Now I have to go searching through a dozen cereals again trying to find a new favourite. Why can’t companies just leave good products alone?
