I placed an order today for a Veggie Wacky Wednesday and instead the person I asked to fetch the order was given Beef, which now meant I should spend more money and time returning what was wrong. The reason im actually raising this because its not the first time this has happened. On October 22 2025 the same wrong order was given to me only that time it was worse because they did not even indicate on the box that it was Beef and I took a bite. I raised the issue on the app that I ordered through and was told someone would contact me. It is truly disappointing to say the least that no-one contact me. The worst part was I got sick because I ate meat that I have not eaten in years due to diet restrictions. My health was put at risk, time and money was wasted for what, not even an apology from the ladies working there today.
My problem started earlier this year when a collection agency contacted me saying I owe Cell C for unpaid amount. Which I refuted because I know the last payment I made was in July 2023 after I requested for the account to be closed. I have both the last statement sent and my proof of payment and call reference for the account closure case #3081600028. After some back and forth for the past few months on email with the collection agency which was getting us nowhere I decided to call Cell C directly and instead of getting assistance the agent hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. This guy told me before hanging up that my details that he asked for me to confirm failed whatever authorization and then hung up.I didn't get any call reference but the call was from 0177146102 at 9H31 on 12 April 2024. Honestly now I am livid because no-one has given me a simple answer to a simple question. What is this amount that I have been told I owe for? Can you please provide me with the Cell C statement showing exactly how much I owe? Since I know my account was closed and payment made, what is the reason for this amount only after 6 months of no contact from Cell C?. If this issue is not resolved I will be reporting you to the authorities.
I must say how disappointed I am with Simba Nik Naks. I logged my complaint on their website on 5 Feb 2023 and a month and 5 days later I'm still waiting. I was sent an automatic message saying someone will call me replied back with my contact number and still no response. I bought the 50x20g pack and there was less then 30 packs inside.
Good day, I have written to Ackerman's customer care over 4 days ago and have not received any response. I am so disappointed and would like the matter resolved, I purchase two items which had a stick on them to show a price of R129.99 per set but instead I was charged R79.95 each. I believe this is not good practice, which is treating the consumer unfairly. I spoke to the staff and they told me they can't help me because this will count as a loose to them. Please can you help get this resolved.
This complaint is not regarding a product but rather the service I have received at Florida Junction Spar today, which I will add this is the second time it has happened. I know maybe Spar does not make the customer a priority but to keep trampling on my rights as a consumer is not right. Today I wanted to purchase an item but when I got to the till the cashier just took it away and put it one side, called her supervisor and then they made a decision to take away the item without discussing anything with me. The cashier then says to me sorry but it has the wrong price. 1. I don't appreciate the way this was done as the two made a decision about the item I wanted to purchase without consulting me the person who picked it out of the shelf with the intention to buy it. 2. The price marked on the item whether it is right or wrong is not my fault and I should still be allowed to purchase the item if I so wish...but instead I was expected to pay double for a mistake I did not make. 3. This is not the first time a price on the item was incorrect and I was charged more. As you can imagine I am truly annoyed and feel like I am undermined and taken for a fool. The worst part is they didn't see anything wrong with this behaviour. Please understand this is not acceptable at all and if I were any other person who makes a scene or noise in the store it would be something else. Regards, A very annoyed customer
I called the customer service regarding my purchase that was made at a Pick 'n Pay Florida, at Flora centre on Nov 6 2020. I did say how the product was rotten it had orange spots and other chips were grey. I am yet to be contacted about this issue
I am very disappointed to say the least. I raised my issue of the poor quality product I received from the Pick 'n Pay store at Flora Center in Florida. I bought Nature's Garden Straight Cut Frying Chips 1kg, crazy combo deal. I reported on Nov 6 2020 that one of the packs had rotten potatoes although they were frozen. Till today nothing has been done. I just received a reference 1000433952 , I raised my concern again on Nov 13, 2020 and just received an email that this will be dealt with. Basically I am robbed of my money
I would like thank Cathy Triggiani from Customer resolution consultant The Hollard Complaints Team. I had an issue with the way Cell C handled my device insurance claim and after numerous attempts for them to assist but eventually had to contacted the underwriter. Although it seemed to take longer than I was anticipating, I'm very happy to say my claim was finally put through. Thank you for a great service
I have put through a claim for a stolen phone on Jan 3, 2020 and paid the required excess amount. I have since communicated regarding my claim with different people without any success. I was told that my device is discontinued and was offered other devices which are below the value of my device and does not have the internal storage space I require. Which is strange because on your site there are deals offering the Samsung A30 64GB for contract. Thereafter going back and forth I requested that I just be refund the monetary value of my previous device so I could be put back in the same position. And of cos this was all in vain as i received no response expect to email my issue to their complaints department, which of cos has not come back to me with a response. I am being taken for a ride by Cell C, i have paid my premiums in full every month without any delay or excuse but when it comes to me receiving the service i have been paying for..SILENCE.. In your policy wording Im given a time span of a week to have my issues/claim resolved, but here I am. I will report this matter to the underwriter and if they cannot help me I will report this to the Ombudsman. Honestly I am very disappointed to have to be writing this in a situation where all could have been resolved. And by the way I better not be charged for I service I didn't receive come the date of my debit.
Last Friday (3 August 2018) I went to Wimpy Standerton with my daughter. When we came in I notice there was a shift change and it was quiet busy. Nonetheless we waiting to be seated for about 2-5 mins eventually I see a table empty and decide to sit down there. Went to the front to ask for a waiter/waitress to serve us, after a good 10 mins still nothing. Nobody wanted to assist us instead I saw a lady serving people who just came in. I'm really disappointed to say the least, for an established restaurant who has been a part of our community to just disregard others.
