Worst experience ever , we went there yesterday 27 May, thought we'd try something different than the usual places we go to. Came there ordered 2 cuppuccinos, coffee was cold when it arrives, we ordered the crispy onion cheese burger, we waited close to an hour for the burgers. Eventually the waitress comes with the burgers and tells us ' sorry it took so long, they made you the wrong burgers. By this time our coffee is up because it was cold, we told her to give the cokes as takeaways but because we waited so long I asked her to bring the cokes. The burger, I don't even know, the roll was hard, burger was cold, onions on there was stringy, the patty was horrible, I was so nauseous after that, my daughter ate half her burger and said she doesn't want any more. The waitress was gone the whole time, didn't check up if everything was ok, seems like she didn't care. The chips was nice but that was the only thing that was nice on that plate. Got home and still felt nauseous Bad food, bad service, Wimpy Liberty Promenade Mall will never see me again.

put in an order on the app on Easter Sunday. Money went off my bank. Then the order got cancelled due to the shop that is closed. Sent about 10 emails, called about 4 times and even went to the actual shop from which i tried to order. No one can help me with a refund. the call center says it is the shop and the shop says it is the call center. and I get no response or feedback. I have to follow up with them every 3 to 7 days and still nothing. I will NOT support Wimpy again and i was a big fan!!

Thank you to the kind, helpful assistant at Wimpy in Campus square. Service was uniquely efficient and friendly. The waitors went the extra mile to ensure our food was served hot and as recommended. A special Thank You to the lovely manageress Miss Masego.

The customer service is so bad,the moment you tell them that you have a voucher they don’t take you serious,I had the FNB voucher for a bigger,and I was told that the new system doesn’t always allow the FNB voucher,I asked if we could try and they told me that I will have to pay if it doesn’t go through. Why do I have to pay when you guys have an agreement with FNB,how is it my fault. Anyway she tried but it didn’t work,not even sure if she put the correct code because she asked for the code

I am very furious and disappointed at the service I've received at wimpy welkom goldfields mall. I rushed from the doctor, just want to order and leave. I arrived there 17:15 waiting for the lady to finish with the customer infront of her. I asked the lady that I just want to order but as take away. The waiter named Mapule or Mapuleng as per name tag, said they do not take orders again. So I've asked politely but its not even half past 5 as yet or 6 because according to the time you close at 6 only. She said as per manager instructions they do not take orders. So I asked if I may have head offices number? She advised she will call the manager. When the lady arrived, she asked how she can help me ,so I asked its not half past why can't I order and she was very surprised stating it might be the other manager. The other manager screamed from the back how can she help me, I asked her politely why are u screaming from there are u not going to come to the front and assist me. She flipped made a sound and came and I left because who wants food from such bad heart. I would understand if I could not sit in because its almost closing time. Order out will be acceptable. I never knew before closing time you can return your customers. According to my knowledge you help every last person nor the time. Customer service is one of the top priorities but some people can treat u like u sre a nothing. I've never in my wimpy visits recieved such bad service and bad attitudes because of time. We all are tired and some need to acknowledge people as said in thier interviews

My sister and I usually go Musgrave for months end grocery shopping. We went to wimpy this freedom day we had two big trolley and the staff greeted us all happy and laughing. They took over the trolley and park them for us. It was lovely and we ordered the special everything went well. Service was great staff is happy and welcoming. Thank wimpy in Musgrave.
