Took my grand i10 for a 120000km service and the consultant called to inform me that the technician noticed a fuel pump leak and requested R2800 to get it fixed and I said no they can continue with the service and I’ll fix this later. When I collected my car driving home the car smelled of fuel so bad but it was just 10 mins drive. Next day I had to drive longer and I couldn’t because of the smell. This was not the case before this service so whatever happened, happened when they were working on my car but this unfortunately is now my problem.
I had and accident and I was towed by road assist from naked insurance. My claim was approved and mini maxi was assigned to fix the car. The panel beater fixed the damage on my car which was in front when I collected my car I noticed that my back bumper was damaged. Panel beaters showed me the pictures when they collected the car from SMD, the back bumper was already damaged. The damage was not there when I had the accident. I’ve reported this to naked insurance and I was told they will investigate, it’s been weeks and I’m sitting with a damaged car and my claim has been finalised and closed on their system.
I went there to buy school shoes, they had the size I wanted but ended up not buying because the shop assistants were so rude. I’ll never visit that store again

Registered in June, November still no study material no assessment uploaded. They never response to any emails even on this platform they don't respond. If you want to enroll with them please do not waste your time and money
I signed up with them for an annual hosting. I receive an error all the time that says "Error communicating with the server" I called the call centre and could not be assisted. For a company that offer such services they have unfriendly staff not willing to assist at all. I cannot send emails whatsoever and no one can assist.
I have 2 decoders. I cancelled 1 decoder more than a year ago and continued paying for 1 and today they cancelled the active decoder for none payment. When I called they said the debit order paid for the inactive decoder and not the active decoder. Was transferred from one consultant to the other without any help.
I am an Avon representative, ordered a fitness watch for myself that cost R899 I needed the watch for the fitness challenge I subscribed to start on the 13 December 2021. I received the watch it’s not working, didn’t turn on charged it over night still doesn’t work. Now I need to place another order in order to order return bags so that I can return the watch. Why can’t they check the watch before sending it to customers, imagine the hassle representatives will face in order to explain why the product isn’t working???
I requested a quote and a consultant called me. I took the offer and my policy commenced 1st December 2021. I didn’t receive any policy schedule even though he promised me to email it to me. When my policy commenced I had to call discovery to get my schedule 3 times last week and all consultants said one thing we will send it, we have sent it but nothing came through. This morning I called to cancel this policy only to be told my email address was captured incorrectly gmail.com was captured as gmil.com. Now that I have my schedule so many things are captured incorrectly.

Who can accept such an increase, I called so many times to cancel my insurance I would hold until I opt for the option to be called back which no one never did. Eventually I sent an email cancelling my insurance which I didn’t get a respond to. Please cancel my contract and I need a refund.</div>
