I don't what you have going but your service has dropped humongously. For the second time in the same month I'm offline whiles paying you guys R530 every month. And there is nothing as annoying as your call center that can never help, so what the point in that.
So I settled my account with these guys as per the settlement amount Wonga gave me. And I made the payment same day, to my surprise they are added interest to my account later that day and they do not want to give me my paid up letter. I called them and sent them and email with the clause that explain the settlement amount but they Don't Care.
On the 3rd of July i received my order that I initially ordered on the 30th of June. The courier was very fast than expected. What was disappointing for me was the quality of the clothes I bought. So it was black loafers and a black jacket. I worn the jacket 2 and it tore at the back almost unravelled. And as for the shoes (loafers) the bottom sole of the shoe just came off mind you I drive to and from work. And I have wrote to them via email no one has even bothered to contact me or to reach out. I wasted about R650 at Dunns on those 2 iteams that didnt even last 7 days.
No Samsung what are doing wrong in your 40 litre Microwave with griller? No this very disappointing guys, like how many times do j need to return Microwave for repairs? So I bought a what supposed to be a 4.5kg mink blanket from Edura, got it online. I was very disappointed with the quality cause wow it's giving throw type of vibes. It's definitely nothing more than 2.5kg it's literally a summer throw that you can use whilst watching movies.... I will never use them again I have learned.
This place is very unprofessional, I bought a blender from them that never worked. I lodge a return request on their site as they are online store only. No one has even contacted me when you call them on the 010 143 7495 number thats on their website no answer. DO NOT BUY from them you will regret they sell cheap things that do NOT work its defiantly not worth to buy from Snatcher, in fact RUN
