Email address not working and can let me get into legal issues because of this
The legal department send me an sms to email my proof of payment, when I email my proof of payment, they indicate it is urgent and that I will be handed over so I am not sure what to do. The email address comes back with the below, so how do I sort my payments out, it does not work properly & the email address I did add to the email is the same as per sms: "A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:" (ultimately generated from ***) This email account's owner has suspended delivery for the account.

Blink Finance give you false Pre Approvals
I app**** for a payday loan with Janine from Blink Finance and got a pre approval. I was asked to upload either 3 months bank statements or Payslips as proof of income and I uploaded my bank statements. After all my time and effort, I got a message stating that my application was declined and I must try after 30 days. I called Janine and spoke to her and she told me that she will make a plan for me and until now I am still waiting for her to get back to me. I am a seriously frustrated client and will never recommend Blink finance to anyone. They are just a waste of time and effort.

Blink Finance give you false Pre Approvals

These people are ***********, I had a loan with them and I have paid their debt through debt collector, but now they refused to give me a paid up letter, I'm going to report them to NCR and credit ombudsman because I have sent them several emails which they don't respond to them, they are ****s

Poor Customer service I don't recommend them to anyone
I have a problem with this people, I have sent them emails requesting my paid letter, I have called about 5 times no one is answering my calls, and no one rep**** to my emails, they handed my account to a debt collectors and it was easy for them to do that, but now that I have paid their account it's difficult to reply my email and my calls to provide me with my paid up letter

I took a loan with blink finance , I made a payment of 2500 and 500 last week , I wrote an email and blink finance acknowledged my payments and told me I should reflect within 3 to 5 business days To my surprise I'm still getting sms's about payment that I made last week , the worse part when you try to call them you get no response the phone just rings , I have no idea what's going on with my account , I am not getting any help or clarity, I honestly don't know what going on with them they're are very unprofessional in my opinion I really wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Blink finance - play far - B***84
I have a loan with them B***84 and i tried to get a settlement offer because i had financial crisis, they don't even care because even a collection person i spoke to told me that they will keep adding interest while i tried to obtain discount. i was not even aware that i was under debt review that's why borrowed from them and so because the bank was declining me, guys play far from this i will complain here everyday because they even dont want us to talk to their supervisors

Terrible service
Horrible service I've sent them over 5 emails I've tried to call the call center number does not work they cut my call off after holding for an hour everytime my account is still showing an arrears amount after I settled the account 10 days ago horrible service can't get hold of anyone
