I'm very disappointed by a capitec bank, they say the mandate to approve the debit order was sent to my cellphone number and I have lost that Sim card, that Sim card has a security code there is no way someone can have access to it, and what surprises me is that why that debit order mandate doesn't appears under approved debit orders in my banking app like other mandates do,there is no meriscor mandate appearing in my banking app under canceled or approved mandates, I wish I could have chosen tyme bank, because they were able to resolve the **** that was **** my brother when he tried to buy online and we're able to reverse his money, this bank is not a bank they are not able to see that the mandate was not approved by myself, and why it doesn't appears in my banking app mandate section because each and every debicheck should appear in the banking app whether you approved it with a phone or with a banking app it supposed to show in the banking app on debicheck mandates, I regret using this bank I was with African Bank I don't know why did I came to this playstore bank, just think about it that I need to accept that my money just vanished just like that while I'm thinking that I have a bank to take care of it, now i just need to accept that R848 has just fell inside the water just like that, poor banking services and I'm going to change it with my employer I hate it

I'm not happy about capitec bank services, there is a debit order that went off in my account this morning and those people have debited R848.12 in my account and I have never approved their debicheck mandate, i dont even know them but they managed to get into my account and take my money without my approved mandate, so I wonder how did they approve the mandate by themselves, and that give me a clear picture that my money is not save with capitec, any can just get into my account and do what ever he wants, R848.12 is a lot of money to be just vanish in my account while I'm still saying I have a bank that takes care of my money, I'm very disappointed and angry
There is this company called meriscor, these are ****s the have debited my account for an amount of R848.12 and when i call them they just took my number and told me that they will call me back and they never call, these are ****s and I don't know how they managed to approve that debit order because I have never approved their mandate and it didn't even appear in my bank to ask me to approve it, it just went off just like that
These people are ***********, I had a loan with them and I have paid their debt through debt collector, but now they refused to give me a paid up letter, I'm going to report them to NCR and credit ombudsman because I have sent them several emails which they don't respond to them, they are ****s
I have bought a pair of hi tec sneakers on the 15th February 2026 but they took only 2 month because on the 15th of March they have started to be tearing up, I'm very disappointed it seems like I took my money and throw it in the river, the pair of shoes that takes only 1 monthπππ
I have a problem with this people, I have sent them emails requesting my paid letter, I have called about 5 times no one is answering my calls, and no one rep**** to my emails, they handed my account to a debt collectors and it was easy for them to do that, but now that I have paid their account it's difficult to reply my email and my calls to provide me with my paid up letter
I have be ****med by the company called liki events, they have cloned a total sport website on the 17th February I was trying to buy shoes at total sport, but my payment ended up on liki events account, I tried to contact them and I couldn't get through to them, I then contacted my bank that is where I found out that they have cloned total sports website, please be aware of liki events guys they are ****mers
This company I feel that they listed me under debt review without my consent, at first I spoke with them on phone call and agreed that I needed help, but after few days I sent them email requesting a cancellation of their services but they never rep**** to email and they never cancelled that application, now I'm struggling with debt review of which I didn't need, and I still have that email where I was instructing them to cancel their service, but they went through with it
Guys please be aware of this company, it claims that it helps people to log dispute against ******** debt review listing, but they are ****s they just ****med me R930, and dissappeared, I'm going to take legal actions against them.
