Lack of Proffesionalism and Cheapskates
These guys is worse than loan sharks , they wont stop demanding cash for a canceled service which they even received the whole month cancellation notice for this was a clean brake from them everything was up to date owned them nothing and yet they keep saying the amount owned to them was for whole month... it was canceled and paid up to date not sure where they scratch this amount out off they did not let me know if anything was owed and outstanding first thing they did is run straight to Attorneys as this was there right now to receive cash for a membership that was ended in November even now they still threaten to blacklist . so i was nice and gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them half of the amount they said i owed they did not deserve any penny of it as this service was canceled this is only ******ion to receive cash for a damaged ego after losing a member due to high costs and lack of service. just avoid them completely once you decide to leave them, they will start to think out what amount you must magically pay . the one statement they send me was i apparently owed them over 50k must be nice having such a nice magic rabbit hat coming up with that amount till date the only once that keeps calling me is there in pocket Attorneys they don't respond in any form

Worst Medical experience ever avoid at any cost!!
Beware of these Guys all is going well when you have an active subscription with them. the moment you cancel they show true colors. gave them the cancelation period they requested to end services. as the request was handed in in October and end of November, I'm done easy right... come December they started to threaten they will now cancel my membership (this already ended end of november.) if i don't pay for December subscription??? this service ended on November why will i pay for a canceled subscription. all my stuff was up to date as this was a done deal. before you decide to use them just beware once you cancel, they come after you with legal action demanding payments for a canceled subscription even if you were on date and owed them nothing.

Very dissapointed ...
Ordered a new service with them all went smooth parcel was picked up my courier and delivery scheduled this never happened and they can now all of the sudden only delivery next year and this clown on support is only he is sad... no attempts to even sort out the problem at the end of the day they have chosen to use this useless courier i expect accountability for this

Pathetic Service with no Accountability
Pathetic Service with no Accountability , had a parcel that was on delivery since 23/12/2025 around 7 in the morning out on delivery great... 7pm the night still no delivery was made no phone call nothing . this morning phoned them asking whats up telling me it will only be delivered on 8 of Jan 2026 how is this acceptable ???? this is for a paid product that's not received... this is beyond pathetic

Excellent Service and Fast on Deliveries. if you phone them for some product queries it gets sorted on the spot another excellent tech shop that goes the extra mile for customers keep up the great work !!

Excelent Above and Beyond
if there was a 10 star selection that would have been my choice been buying my tech needs from them for a few years now be it now for a quick order or something that's on per-order they always deliver and most of the time it will be earlier than what was specified. the great communication and fast support makes this my fav store since the day of Prophecy shop. keep up the great work you guys deserve it!!

Group Going Downhill Sadly
Gave a seller Negative review corresponding to the level of service and product received only to get a mail stating they have removed the negative review and im now blocked in giving this seller a negative review. the fact you alter reviews without actually contacting the buyer to find out xyz why it was there in the first place and you removing due to seller asking what is the purpose of the review system then if you can just remove reviews as you see fit. you are condoning these individuals to then sell products as good working only to find defective products is that what you are now another facebook market place now

Very Disappointing there is no option to get current moth statement and to make matters worse the secure chat has been so useless told me to wait till 27 jully get a statement for june how does this make any sense in any form??? only need a statement from june data is there now why cant i get it in the formate im looking for

Pathetic *********
Attempted to create a budget faculty on my card to make a online transaction on something and that never worked so tried to cancel it and could not < - - - this was never used in any form and now i see im paying back something that was never used so besides the normal amount being paid back to the card now im paying back this **** that was not even used how in the right mind is this right???? i want this sorted if it was used fair enough makes sense but something that was never used in the first place as it never work come on man
