I went to Clicks pharmacy, in Renbro Hammanskraal, earlier today and went to get some flue meds. I was lucky to be assisted by bubbly Molebogeng Mathosi, someone really friendly and welcoming. She really made my visit to the branch amazing. Please give a shout out to her.
Would like to give a big up to one Malebo Baloyi who is a cashier at Spar Renbro in Hammanskraal. I went to buy some lite groceries at their branch earlier today and was gladly served by Malebo. I went to buy meals for my kids yesterday evening at McDonald's Jubilee Mall, I was highly disappointed by the service we received. I placed an order and was made to wait for too long, and then was told only later that I was supposed to bring the slip to the counter so that my order can be prepared. Thereafter the meal had an error as we ordered waffle fries only to receive normal fries and mind you we paid extra for those waffle fries. I only realized this error when we got home. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
I went to The Fields student accomodation in Doornfontein on the 28 of November looking for temporary accomodation, and was told to come on the 1st of December as there were still students occupation. I did go back on the 1st, but was told to come the next day by the Res manager. On the 2nd I went again but was treated with some rude comments and disrespect by the manager who was not even willing to come and explain the challenges they had. She was just blatant rude and disrespectful on the phone and said I must go.
On Monday the 1st of July, I went to do some shopping at Menlyn's Mr Price for kids and the service I got.. Yoh!!! to say sickening would be an understatement it was beyond that. I actually went to buy clothes for my kids and my wife went about her business, choosing the clothes, but when we got to the till, the cashier indicated that they did not have any plastic bags. I immediately got annoyed and asked why the situation was like that, but at the end of the day we were given clothing with a ******* bag, as there we none in the store.. This is not service and very unacceptable.. Am highly disappointed..
Would like to take this opportunity to give thanks and gratitude to Tshepiso who is a service centre operator at Edgars Jubilee Mall - Temba. I wanted to pay off my laybye but because the due date had passed it was already cancelled. Tshepi offered to assist me to look for the very items that I had initially laybyed on the floor. We did that through her patience and bubbly spirit I managed to get most of them and did the transaction. I was happy throughout this process and it made my shopping smoother.. So thank you Tshepiso for your kindness and friendlyness.. keep up the good work & you're appreciated..
I went to buy some energy drinks and some sweets yesterday at around six to seven not quite sure but around that time, in the evening. I met this wonderful cashier at the cigarettes' counter by the name of Gladness Sibande. She was so welcoming, so enthusiastic and very friendly, I value her customer service and really appreciate her service and pray that she makes it far in her life. Thanks for the great service.
I have been servicing my car at the very branch for the past two years and never experienced problems until recently. I went there three weeks ago citing the challenges I had with my car radio, and got a black gentleman at the services desk. To my surprise he was really not welcoming I don't know weather it's because of Covid or maybe I am mistaken. He barely acknowledged me didn't even offer me a seat, okay moving right along. I explained the situation to him and he made a booking for me that following week on a Tuesday 23/06/2020. I then called on the 22nd to reschedule my booking and we did that for the following Tuesday the 30th. I then went on the 30th early that morning around seven and he tells me that the booking was for Wednesday the 1st I must have been mistaken. No apologies non whatsoever and he carries on with other clients. So you tell me what kind of service is that? I woke up early that day, requested time off from work only to treated like that.
I was at McDonald's Jubilee mall yesterday afternoon, and I must say the service I received there was just horrible. I mean I ordered a meal at around 13:30 and took a seat, but at around 14:56 I realized that this order is now taking time. I stood up to check what the hold up was only to find out that the staff now actually take slips from customers and prepare the meal from there on. This means I had to be on a Que again and that made me angry and appalled because I had waited that long.
