Grabbers of note it's sickening
A nuisance of a company with no principles & standards. When they have to refund you they go against all South African finance laws and much. Keeping money that's supposed to be refunded as if they want to maximise on interest. ****mers of note who will tell you it takes 21 days to deposit a refund. Which bank do they use which is left in dark ages? Use them at own risk

Respublica student accomodation *****
Becareful you book a room get and invoice when you go to get the keys the room is no longer available for your child and you have to settle for something you do not want money deposited dissapear. You get no feed back what so ever. Try to cancel and you are forced to pay for 4 months stay. You can not apply for refund of money even not if not one night was stayed. They take more than month with no reply then apply the refund you asked for to a room you didnt sign to pay for. They are *****sters.

Refusal to Pay back Rental Deposit by Respublica Student Living.
I paid a rental deposit of R5000 for my daughter in January , now that my child has moved out of their residence she is entitled to get her deposit back. I have called them and written them emails but they are not responding, Their system of requesting refunds keeps on saying we don't have enough credit. I need that deposit to use it as a deposit in January for another residence.

The Fields Management
I went to The Fields student accomodation in Doornfontein on the 28 of November looking for temporary accomodation, and was told to come on the 1st of December as there were still students occupation. On the 2nd I went again but was treated with some rude comments and disrespect by the manager who was not even willing to come and explain the challenges they had. She was just blatant rude and disrespectful on the phone and said I must go.

Personally, the res is okay overall,only thing that is sometimes an issue is the communication between the management and patriots when there's an issue about something like hot water, they take too long to respond especially on Weekends

Respublica Princeton village
There is never not an issue with hot water, they always say they are finding a solution but 2 weeks never passes without hot water problems. They lack security, and put clauses to ensure you cant blame them for lack of security, their security cameras dont work but south africa has a high crime rate not even including **** cases- Respublica princeton village

This place is honestly a joke, we are constantly begging for Hot water, WiFi, there’s always something that needs to be fixed in the units and I’ve been here for less than 6 months. I’ve never experienced this level of water scarcity. Students are always complaining only to be met with no sense of care or urgency.
