I was excited to buy products from Vertigo Cosmetics at a really good price, but when I received it (very fast delivery) one of the items were very damaged which lead me to distrust the quality of both items. I immediately reported it to them and asked to return and for them to refund me for the items. It took them 2 days and many email requests to finally get back to me. After some back and forth they accepted the damaged product back but refused to give me a refund, instead they gave me a store credit. They claim this is Policy even after I explained that I don't want the remaining item and because I don't feel comfortable to buy from them I certainly don't want a credit. Days later I am still trying to get someone to contact me back after several more emails, but have had no further response.
Apparently it takes them 9 days to "Overnight" a package from PE to JHB. Tracking system is useless, no one picks up the office phones and there doesn't seem to be any other way to contact them directly...Have used them before with no problems, but clearly something has changed and this is just disgraceful. False advertising and a waste of time and money. Hopefully they get their act together soon but till then I won't recommend using them. surely they should realise companies can ill afford to deliver such bad service in these times.
Had a very pleasant experience when getting quote and signing up, but any service since has been tedious or just plain non-existent. The incorrect debit order was taken off my account and I have been trying to contact them since the 1st of March. No one ever responds to call back requests or e-mails. When you are lucky enough to wait for an online chat (at one stage I was 2nd in queue and still waited 15min before making contact only to have the chat freeze and I was kicked back to 9th in the queue) it is tedious and slow (I once managed it on another matter). When I called, the department I was meant to speak to was unavailable and the call centre agent requested a call back. It has been 3 days and I am still waiting for said call back or the 2 I requested myself before then...This is incredibly frustrating and my insurance hasn't even kicked in yet...Maybe I made a mistake signing with them...
I have tried repeatedly,unsuccessfully, to cancel a month-to-month data deal with them. I went into the store at Nicolway to cancel a data contract, filled in the cancellation request form and was told it is a 30 day notice period. The next month my account was debited for the following month. I queried it, they said a cancellation was never sent and I had to do it all again. Eventually a family member took over the account as it seemed easier than cancelling. I had the account continue but then the sim was stolen. Instead of a sim swop I again requested the account and sim be cancelled only to have them cancel my cell contract instead of the data account that I had requested. The people in store can not help, they can only call the same call centre as the customers and there is no one at the customer call centre able to help. We were told to do another cancellation request with another 30 day notice!?!? In the meantime I have no cell contract and have to pay another month subscription for a data contract I cancelled and can not use because of their cancellation department's incompetence and their lack of infrastructure to solve problems internally. So sorry I signed up with Telkom
Arrived at SLOW lounge about 90min before our flight back to Johannesburt, as so many times before and was refused entry because I didn't have my card on me. I could supply my card number but they want to swipe a pysical card. Also could not go in as my husband's guest on his card as apparently (for the first time since we can remember), he can't take me in at \peak time"even though I have my own card!!!! After being denied a contract, I called to find out why. I was shunted from pillar to post to finally speak to someone who could check what the issue was and was finally told there is a problem with my credit status. Which is news to me,as I have a perfect credit record. I then obtained a full credit report from the ITC to confirm my clean record and contacted Cell C again. Clearly they had incorrect information or an error on their system. I was told to forward the report and all my supporting docs for the application so that the matter can be cleared up. A week later I have yet to receive any feedback. I have tried several times via email and telephonically to get feedback on whether the problem has been corrected and whether the person is processing my application or whether I have to reapply on my own. I get no response to my email and every time I call, and ask for the person I sent the docs to, she is not available. When i ask the person answering at the call centre for assistance and explain the whole thing, they tell me the person I delt with must help me and they will \send her a email to call"me"
Never enough till points open and staff doesn't seem to care if the one or two till points that are open , is coping. Plenty staff standing or walking around chatting but clients are left to queue to pay for over 10 minutes without being helped.
Great Service and Friendly staff. Very helpful, even gave me an update on my claim when i could not get hold of the insurance company!!!
