I have been insured with them for years without failing to pay a premiums.Now I have a claim and all of a sudden there are investigators appointed to handle my claim.It a month and days without a car because of the so called investigations. Please Peter help me..

I have been to DEKRA POLOKWANE,THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION BY THE NAME OF KARIEN VAN LEEUWEN.SHE IS SO RISS SWEARINH AT CLIENT WHILST WEARING DEKRA UNIFORM.SHE IS A DESGRACE TO THE BRAND AND I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO WASTE THEIR TI.E BY GOING THERE. PITY HOW PEOE TARNISH COMPANY'S BRANDS LIKE THAT.
The worst service ever,I would not advise anyone to use this shop.The staff so rude and unprofessional.
I went to the store to purchase items for the cupboards.The sales person mistakenly put wrong items as they were stored in the same shelf.I went back to the shop to swop.The manager by the name of Kgabo gave us a stinking attitude and also shouted at the staff member in front of everyone. I had to buy the items again and take back the old ones as she was promising to take the money from the staff members salary. We were very excited when the store was opening,I bought material from that store to build my house.The previous management was quite helpful and considerate.But since the change of management things are falling apart.No service and arrogance is the order of the day. I want my refund Builders Mokopane,we can't tolerate the behavior of such incompetent managers

This company has no respect for clients,I couldn't collect my car from the dealership because business division people are all on leave. Thank you for inconveniencing me.
Bad service from the dealer and misrepresentation. Bought a vehicle from them and they advised that the vehicle has full service history. When I took the car for service I was told that the car was not fully serviced and my warranty is now limited because of that.TWK Piet Retief
Very bad service,waiting for my MTN package and they keep being dishonest with delivery times.Very very bad.
Fnb has lost its plot,pathetic service and no sense of accountability .I wanted to reverse the amount paid via FNB app to the incorrect account. I went to Irene branch which is my branch.After waiting on the queue for more than an hour they advised that I must call a number which they say they can't trace the amount despite providing a bank statement that shows that the transaction went through. I am so disappointed in bank and the service these days.. 40 days later after Hello Peter they send me a message saying reversal unsuccessful
