Dekra Vereeniging: Good day Dekra vereeniging failed a 2018 car which was being serviced at the mercedes benz dealerships and only had 1 owner. The seller is now opting to sell her car at Webuycars because you guys are failing to issue report and roadworthy certificate. Belinda diagnosed the steering mechanism by hand and yet the car has steering control module which has to be diagnosed with a machine. I paid R1400 just to told to replace tires and perfectly fine control arms. Can someone please address this matter before I lose a private car deal??

Trying to get my car registered for uber first sent a driver to Dekra Turfontein and he came back told how he mistreated by the who doing the report. I managed to fix all the staff stated on the document then I went there myself only for the guy at Dekra by name Immaupalo to fail the claiming it has a scratch but refused to show me. Yet I have paid R795 for this service

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service at Dekra. Their driver was driving my car for inspection when it was involved in an accident, damaging the driver's side. I've spoken to management, and we've been stuck for 16 days. The driver gave 3 conflicting statements: - Affidavit: damaged fender - Accident form: right side damage - Work report: fender, mirror, and rim tyre damage Now, the manager questions the back door scratches, suggesting they were pre-existing. However, I brought the car in with no scratches, and it's clear they're deflecting. I'm yet to see progress on fixing my car. I'd appreciate urgent attention to this matter. Sincerely Sinoyolo Mpinda

I am writing to express my concern regardingb the DEKRA service i received at Pinetown 12 Freeze Road 3610. I had booked roadworthy test for my uber vehicle Grand i10 Hyundai red in colour registration number DH 89 PM ZN, but an error occurred, and an OAR (Off-Appraved Roadworthy) was issued instead. I would like to request a refund of R650.00 as I already paid for the service. Hello Peter please, assist me with this matter. Sincerely MAYEZA Dumisani

I took my for RWC to Tokai on Friday. Nissan Almera 2020 model. Car failed,3 issues. Clip on left taillight, left front tyre and a small crack on windscreen, about 3mm, barely visible on a pic. I had to point it out with my finger on picture for the insurance. So went to stitch, repair it , replaced tyre and fixed light. Went back today Tuesday again still failed. My issue is this. I asked the guy how big does the crack have to be,was told any crack. Then I said but it's barely visible, you have to really look for it and it doesn't impare your vision in anyway. Again,he was nitpicking and told me it does if the sun hits it. According South African traffic laws the crack can't exceed 10mm if it's in line of sight, which my one is but my crack is 3 mm,and barely visible, yet it failed. My question is this. Must your cars be new to pass or pay extra to pass. If it's so difficult to get a good condition car through roadworthy the legal way,by the book and trying to do it the right way. Do you really blame people for going back door?
