I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service at Dekra. Their driver was driving my car for inspection when it was involved in an accident, damaging the driver's side. I've spoken to management, and we've been stuck for 16 days. The driver gave 3 conflicting statements: - Affidavit: damaged fender - Accident form: right side damage - Work report: fender, mirror, and rim tyre damage
Now, the manager questions the back door scratches, suggesting they were pre-existing. However, I brought the car in with no scratches, and it's clear they're deflecting. I'm yet to see progress on fixing my car. I'd appreciate urgent attention to this matter.
