Excellent, quick and friendly service. I ordered hub centric spacers, not only was the price unbelievable cheap, my order was delivered quick and to no delivery cost. I must state that i live in the western cape, Saldanha bay, and delivery came from Pretoria.
Bought Parmalat Gouda Cheese at our local Checkers. The cheese was not the quality it used to be. When melted it turns into a rubber like substance and the taste is not as creamy and cheesy. I lodged a complaint, Parmalat requested photos of the cheese, which I did send to them, but I never heard from them again. I used to buy Paramlat cheese nearly every third day, but it will be my last now, just cannot trust them. You can’t take chances nowadays with the price of cheese.
Very bad customer service. Lady I spoke to on the phone has poor attitude towards customers. Put phone down in my ear, never called back. Still struggle to get hold of them.
Cattle Baron Shelley point is so disappointing. Took my wife out for the Monday burger special on Monday 14/08/23. I had the Nevada burger an my wife the blue cheese burger. First of all, the service were very slow, we nearly waited 30min just for our wine to arrive, our burgers were even slower. Other couples that came in after us received their burgers first, the waiter asked us to wait patiently, our burgers are on their way. The burgers were such a disappointment. They did not have avo for my Nevada, even though avos are in season. There were hardly ant camembert cheese on my burger. My wife could not taste or find much blue cheese on her burger. Did they snoop us with 50% quality on the burger as well, hence the reasinits 50% discount? Shouldnt they inform us that the quality of the burgers will be downgraded due to the special?I certainly wouldnt have wasted my time on money on these burgers! Asked for steak spice and habanero relish to buy and take home, but the waiter informed us we can only have these spices and sauces during day time, as it is locked away in the store. What a pathetic excuse!! Does management allow this? If you are used to cattle baron in CT,stay away from this one, you will only waste time and money and receive a major disappointment. Cattle Baron,you are throwing away a good name with this branch,please employ proper management.
Autozone Vredenburg has very bad/poor attitude towards customers. Phone them on 05/06/23 at about11h34. Spoke to a guy answering the phone , explained what i needed. Seems like he stopped listening, then someone else took my call, I had to explain myself all over again to this person (said his name was (Chadwin), just to find he couldn't assist me either wit a universal 4mm vacuum hose. Nobody explained hy the phone was passed on to another sales person without informing me, even though I was busy explaining what I needed. What a circus of a once excellent parts shop. Autozone Vredenburg, you are not the only car part supplier, there ate other with better service. With your pathetic attitude I would rather support them, even should they have s higher price. I am sure you can employ friendly competent staff. Cheers!!
I wish I could give a 0 rating, because that is what they deserve. Online car parts are the most ***********, non-caring circus I ever dealt with. I ordered parts worth more than R5000.00, the whole order is wrong and some damaged. After I send my vin no to them, and requested for them to ensure I buy the correct starter, they did manage to send the wrong starter (R2900.00) The coils i ordered, worth R2000.00 were Chinese knock offs of the poorest quality. One were totally broken (the bottom part insert to the spark plug broken off), the other was too long, trying to remove them, the bottom rubber pieces stayed behind on my spark plugs, was a struggle to remove with pliers. Please, do yourself a very big favour, and stay away from this parts excuse of a business, I buy lots of car parts, but they are the worst ever.
The most horrible experience I ever received from a motor dealership in my life. After struggling numerous times just to get through to the Chevrolet parts department, 20min+, as nobody answers the phone and the line keeps on returning to the operator, which also does not care, as she keeps on putting you back on call to the same person, just to return again. At last, I had to tell her, after the fourth call return to please put me through to someone else. Spoke to a gentleman at parts (at last), he gave me a price and told me the part had to be imported, well, I need it badly, and told him to order. Only received the quote the next day, which I paid, and asked for a picture of the parts just to make sure its the right part (they have a no refund policy on special ordered parts) Didn't hear anything from him again. Monday afternoon came, no answer. Called again, and guess what, the same struggle again to get through to anyone. called again later on, another lady answered, as I was on the road, I requested for her to remind the parts person to mail me back, which he did later on, and very rudely. Still no pictures of the part, I replied again to ask for pictures, but he never/refused to reply. Stay away from this business, you will be disappointed.
