Takealot delivered a refurbished item from Autozone and none functional first time and i returned the item, they delivered a dirty and disgusting item second time around. The box is dirty as well as the charger, you can see that it has been used and is dirty and smells disguting, autozone say that they only sell new items on Takealot and takealot needs to check the item before its sold, these are 2 horrible companies and Autozone must be flagged to stop selling through Takealot.

I am very unhappy with the service I have received at one of your branch in Hebron mall, I purchased a rat repellent spray on 2026/04/30 and before I purchased the spray I asked the consultant by the name of Aluta more than once if the spray works before I could buy it and he advised and assured me that it works today I have returned the spray on 08/05/2026 as I was trying to return in the same person who sold it to me is refusing to take it back and while I was trying to explain that the spray is unsuitable and doesn't work the Manager by the name of Ludwig interrupted me and cut me off rudely with an attitude before he could even hear what I was saying, he told me he's not going to take that thing back, and I even ask the cashier to show me where on the slip does it say I cannot return the spray he just kept on telling me his not going to take it and ignoring me,I even told them I didn't use the spray but they kept on insisting that I used it asked for their branch manager's numbers and they still refused to give me. I bought a battery from autozone,Alberton a few years back, from a few months after buying it. It started loosing power, I spoke to the agents at silver lakes,they kept saying the car wasn't charging properly, I then took the car to Bosch service. The car was charging properly. I must commend Autozone N1 city for the Excellent service they provided to me. I bought a TOmihawk Torque wrench from them and had to use the LifeTime Guarantee as the TOrque Wrnch broke. They took it in, sent it to HeadOffice and since there was no parts to repair it, They replaced it for me. the entire process was seemless and Suprisingly quick. I used other spares shops in the past for warranty claims and it was never this quick. Handsdown the best autozone branch in cape town. I would not recommend you go anywhere else. This is the branch to visit

Very disapionted.We suport Middelburg Autozone for years but after this never again.We reqeusted some parts for Mazda 6 2.5 2007.I asked the sales person if they need the vin number and i was told no we work in a book. Oil Filter Plugs Oil WD40 Lubricant Sale R2115 We installed oil filter plugs and drained oil and refeul with new oil.We drove with the car but something was not right.We took it to a dealer and showed them items that was replaced Oil and Oil filter was correct but plugs that was sold to us is not for Mazda 6 2.5 it is for mazda 5 2.0L 2005-2010 .We went back to the store sales person was not available but said he will inform him.We bought new plugs and sales person gave is correct plugs. We went back to the store and spoke to the sales person and reqeusted a refund .He refused and said not his fault all though he sold wrong items.How is it possible that all other items was for Mazda 6 but plugs he gave for Mazda 5 . He gave all other correct parts for Mazda 6 but not the plugs but do not want to take responsibility for he did wrong and i have a loss off R1000 cause he sold wrong items. I want to advise people please when buying from this store check your items and also read the find print on the slip cause otherwise you might sit with wrong items cause this store will rather lose a customer than admit they made a fault Well done Autzone Zone Middelburg you might a have score a R1000 Plus new items we had to bought but you have lost a a customer who has suported you for years
