I am very unhappy with the service I have received at one of your branch in Hebron mall, I purchased a rat repellent spray on 2026/04/30 and before I purchased the spray I asked the consultant by the name of Aluta more than once if the spray works before I could buy it and he advised and assured me that it works today I have returned the spray on 08/05/2026 as I was trying to return in the same person who sold it to me is refusing to take it back and while I was trying to explain that the spray is unsuitable and doesn't work the Manager by the name of Ludwig interrupted me and cut me off rudely with an attitude before he could even hear what I was saying, he told me he's not going to take that thing back, and I even ask the cashier to show me where on the slip does it say I cannot return the spray he just kept on telling me his not going to take it and ignoring me,I even told them I didn't use the spray but they kept on insisting that I used it asked for their branch manager's numbers and they still refused to give me. AVBOB is so terrible, when it comes to telephone calls,your service is very bad and it's a major concern, a person will answer and not even say anything, phone just rings without any answer, no telephone etiquette,when they finally answer they transfer your call to some lousy department that just hangs up without getting through on numerous occasions, and yet you work with customers, one can only imagine what could possibly happen in times of serious emergency.
Extremely disappointed in a service I received at Ga-Rankuwa Pep home, I would never recommend it to anyone you will stand in a long queue for half an hour with no sense of urgency from the staff at the till points, customers are ignored while complaining, left unattended on the sales floor with zero help and zero interest from the manager, You don't value customers time or their money!!
Cartrack road side assist is a nightmare worst of them all, I got stranded on the side of the road for more than an hour waiting for help in a very dangerous crime hotspot area on the N4 closer to R80 road,I had to call them many times and remind them that I was not safe where I was stuck , they do not care about clients safety or needs I was even made to pay extra cash just to get a tow truck to come to me and for it to return to where it was. I was 24,8 km away from home which was within a 40km radious, Extremely poor service, very *********** and inconsiderate.It appears that money is all they care about, the lady couldn't even know or see my home address where I park my car every night.!!!. i pay them every single month without a fail this is highly unacceptable and very ***********.EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.
Boxers at Hebron mall the service there is extremely poor, you will wait on the queue for a very long time, no management visible on the floor, cashiers seems to be relaxed and unbothered with the slow moving tills, some are even leaning against the tills while assisting customers, no sense of urgency I spent more than 40 minutes standing on the same spot and the network was working perfectly fine it seemed like a norm, no one cares even if you complain you just waisting your breath.
Night surfer data is really a **** I mean really now it is said that it starts at 12:00 O'clock midnight but every single time it doesn't work you have to wait extra 30 minutes for it to finally connect to the internet. What an inconvenience and a waste of time and money...
I am very pleased with the level of service I have received from Curtis Cornwall from BetterBond, I honestly take my hat off he is a remarkable human being, very professional, dedicated to his work, responds to emails on time and delivers on his promises,he made a process of getting a bond and a house subsidy quiet smooth and easy for a first time buyer which is a nightmare to most clients I am very grateful for your level of service and most of all for your patience and endurance.Thanks a million Curtis. Me & you mobile is a ****** scam!!!!! Once again they have debited my bank account with an amount of R2148.00 unauthorized even after I went to the bank to cancel and block their debit order they still managed to debit my account once again this is unlawful and not to mention the fact that I was told quote on quote by their consultant that I dont owe them a single cent!!! After having my account closed.
Me & you mobile is the worst company ever to mankind, please stay away from it. I have a horrific experience.i was invited to join them by on air multichoice campaign on a no contract month to month basis, billing of data 40 Gb day and 40 Gb night night with a rental router. I canceled my contract with them because their consultant told me that my area doesn't have coverage therefore we both agreed to have my account canceled over the phone. And that no cancelation fee will be charged since my account is within the turn around time, reference no 3181911 on 03 May 2022.And I also returned their rental router in a perfect condition and also confirmed with their consultant now I received a message saying if a router is not returned I will be charged R1899.99 for their rental router upon inspection if it's not received in a good condition and funny enough their consultant told me very vividly that they have received the router and it's in a good condition and I will not be charged R1899.99. Furthermore I also requested a copy of our conversation in black and white sent to my email or our telephonic agreement he said to me he will send it till this day I'm still waiting.On the 25th of June 22 my account was debited R1899.99 unauthorized upon further inspection I realized that there's an additional R25 fee which was debited from my account.
I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service I got from Telkom to start with why put out a catalogue dated 1st April to 31st May 2022 with products you cannot even offer to customers, false advertising I was interested in a deal of a sim only package on a month to month contract for R249 LTE data 120GB anytime + 120GB night deal plan as stated on page 46 of your catalogue when I ask for it I'm told it doesn't exist you only offer 24 months contract when I ask for what I saw on paper I'm given a runaround excuses, extremely disappointing and very incompetent.
