Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the treatment I received at your Pretoria Central branch, AutoZone Pretoria Central. During my recent visit, I experienced an extended delay due to your network issues while trying to complete a payment. While waiting, I requested to use the restroom, as the delay was beyond my control. Unfortunately, my request was refused. I found this particularly distressing and disappointing. As a paying customer who was already inconvenienced by circumstances within your store, I believe it was unreasonable and inconsiderate to deny access to basic facilities. This situation left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if you could clarify your company’s policy regarding customer access to restrooms, especially in cases where customers are required to wait due to system delays. Additionally, I trust that appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that staff handle similar situations with greater understanding and empathy in the future. I HAVE PAID THE SCREEN TEAM TWICE FOR FIXING MY MAC SCREEN FIRST TIME THE SCREEN SHOWED LINES AFTER A WEEK I CALLED AND CALLED THEN I PAID THEM AGAIN FOR TO FIX THEIR SCREEN AND THIS TIME MY WIFI WAS NOT CONNECTED . I HAVE CALLED THEY WILL KEEP ON SAYING THEY ARE COMING OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL THE WARRANT EXPIRES
