I have just spent 3 weeks wasting my time trying to migrate to Vodacom Fibre. They are the absolute pits!!! Mweb took me exactly one day! I have been dealing with the most inexperienced agent that had the worst attitude. I’m am so disgusted with their service that I am migrating to FNB connect as Telkom Mobile. The person I was dealing with even refused to pass me on to their manager. The number they are using is +27 82 622 3509, if anyone else has had a similar experience please comment on here amd let’s expose bad service. I’m just glad that I didn’t take the service because of their sales process is this bad then the rest must be **** storm. Utterly disgusted at the impunity of the person that assured me.

Physical assaults followed: she was pushed down stairs and had her braids yanked, all while teachers failed to intervene or inform us. Academic Neglect Our younger daughter remained at Curro Castle Rivonia through November 2024. We raised concerns when she showed stalled progress in key learning areas. Rather than investigate teaching methods or curriculum gaps, staff blamed our child, despite her strong performance elsewhere and comparative underachievement by peers in other schools. Harassment & ******ion by Curro/KGB Formal Withdrawal Ignored In October 2023, we gave written notice of both daughters’ withdrawal; by December 2023, we confirmed account closure and paid all outstanding fees. Monthly Demands & Credit‑bureau Threats Starting February 2025, KGB Attorneys—acting on Curro’s behalf—began monthly phone calls, emails, and letters of demand for fees covering periods when no child was enrolled. Despite multiple apologies and written acknowledgments from both Curro and KGB, the demands continue. Daily threats to report us to credit bureaus have caused immense stress and anxiety. This is a terribly run business. I had the displeasure of dealing with their craighall branch I tell you I have had better service in a tavern at 02.30 in the morning. They completely messed up my order and I suspect the staff even tried to pocket the money from my order.
My wife, my two baby girls and I just drove 1000km only to arrive at the location and be told that Air Bnb is ****ming us! They booked us into a hotel that they have no relationship with. They then said they will help me and after that they just stopped communicating and ignored all my correspondence. My family and I slept in the car and are still sitting in the car more than 24 hours after we were supposed to check in. I am beyond words and would advise holiday makers and accomodation seekers to rather use the booking.com app as they seem to know what they are doing and will not put the lives of your small children and loves ones at risk so that they can make a lousy $50.
I had an unauthorized transaction debited from my account. I immediately called FNB to report what has happened. The lady that I initially spoke to said there’s nothing they can do the money is gone even though I could still see it in my account balance. I asked her to put me through to someone who can help me and she forwarded my call to the banking division that I am under. The person said that he can’t see the transaction on their side yet so I must call after 24 hours and they will reverse it. I was very reluctant and asked over and over agin if my money will not be lost if we wait but they reassured me that it won’t be a problem. I called again today after waiting the recommended 24hrs. I was told that there’s nothing they can do and that my money is gone. I asked how can FNB allow unauthorized transactions to go off on my account. They say that if I had made a purchase online with that card then that same company can debit my card. How is this possible! I have to authorize every single payment that I make via my app so how can a company that I bought something from 2 years then be allowed to debit me three times the amount a few years later without my authorization! FNB is complicit to online ***** and for what? All so they can make R50 of the transaction! I disgusted with this bank and will be moving all my banking to discovery bank and Capitech. FNB has gone to the pits. They customer service is the worst and you can just hear that their agents haven’t been trained well enough and they don’t understand their own ecosystem. Worse of all everyone I spoke had a very stinky attitude!
I have just missed my own wedding I had planned for over a year a spend thousands of dollars on. We were on a connecting flight to De Ar Salaam but after this I will never even visit Rwanda let alone catch any of their aircraft. The service was poor l, the aircraft looked like a death trap and it’s been a really bad experience all around. The savings might look an attractive but for the safety of your own life and you’re fincial well being. I advised that no one ever take this airline. One look at their aircraft and you realize that you are on a vehicle that has been deemed unfit by some first world country and sold to a starter that doesn’t value the lives of its people and touring travelers.
This company is *****ulent and nearly cost my colleagues and I our lives. We rented a car for 5-days on their unlimited package. After taking the car we fiind out that the unlimited package is actually false marketing that is there to bait you in as they only give you 500km per day and you have to pay for anything above. That can't even get you to from Johannesburg to Durban. Then as soon as we got home (1.2 km away from Woodford Car Hire in Sandton) to pack out clothes we realized that the tank was not filled up but they were already closed by the time I noticed. We left Johhanesburg and by the time we got to Harrismith it got dark and alas the headlight were not working!!! It hit me then that this car had not been through any form of safety and maintenance inspection. They told us to call the emergency number but they never came to deliver a replacement car. Instead, they told us to drive 200 km and desert our project if we wanted the car to be replaced which we obviously couldn't do. We drove back Tuesday afternoon and got back in Joburg at 2:30 am on Wednesday morning. I counted 6 times that we were nearly in a fatal accident and all Woodford had to say was that I should be happy that they are not fining me for the couple of instances that I had to use speed inorder to get away from the bright truck lights surrounding me. Don't use Woodford!! They will literally kill you in order to make a quick buck.
How can we hell you? FNB making our lives hell since 2023. I’m n FNB customer for 20 years now. There have been taking my money and making them selves rich for years. Now twice this year they have frozen my account because their *********** staff and systems can’t find my details. Move of to Discovery Bank people!!! Trust me the experience is chalk and cheese and their offerings are waaaaaaaaay better and their app is out of this world. Most of all they don’t keep you away from your money and make up stupid excuses while they trade and make profits with your money. They get a 0 of of 10 from me.
