Woodford Car Hire don't return deposit money
Since 24 November my partner Rita and I have been unable to get our deposit back. We had numerous calls and promises to pay. Absolutely shocking! Why must the customer continuously beg and plead to get their money back when it should be automated!

Good except the wait
Easy online system to book, good reception on arrival, but why wait 1/2 hour for a car that was booked for 8am and I only get there at 9am. Why the wait if I was expected earlier?? Was eventually given another car, because I was running late. Then they send me to the car holding area, and the person there, just waves you in the direction of your car, with no other help. It does not help if my car is hidden behind a green container at "number 23" and I can't see it.

Still waiting for deposit back from January
They have been holding deposits of mine since early January and this is the third time this has happened, at one stage they told me upon car pickup that "it was raingin and they had no cars and if I could wait a few hours" - only after I complained, I got a vehicle (VW Van) to use. The staff I fid great, just their system is shocking for getting deposits back - of the blaming the bank when it is them. It's a shame, as this company normally delivers, but it has become noticeably predatory with it's practices.

Still waiting for deposit back from January
They have been holding deposits of mine since early January and this is the third time this has happened, at one stage they told me upon car pickup that "it was raingin and they had no cars and if I could wait a few hours" - only after I complained, I got a vehicle (VW Van) to use. The staff I fid great, just their system is shocking for getting deposits back - of the blaming the bank when it is them. It's a shame, as this company normally delivers, but it has become noticeably predatory with it's practices.
