I have been renting a vehicle on a monthly basis from Woodford Car Hire at King Shaka Airport in Durban, and I have generally found both their service and pricing to be good. However, I am experiencing a serious issue regarding my deposit for the month of April, which has still not been refunded. It has now been over a month, and despite my repeated follow-ups, I have been sent back and forth between Woodford and their bank, with no clear resolution or accountability from either party. This situation has become extremely frustrating, as I have made every effort to provide the necessary details and follow the correct processes.
<div>I am very upset with this company. I received a text stating that I consented to the request for my credit report, which I did not do. An agent called me in the morning, and I informed him that I was not interested in what he was offering. He then said he would have his supervisor call me. The next thing I know, I receive a text confirming that I gave consent.</div>
A month ago I bought milk tart from Checkers Gateway, it was during the day, when I got home I realised that the cake was off. kids tried it but it was rotten, I had to throw away. Yet the sticker said it was made on the day. Yesterday 15.03.2021 at 17h50 I bought 2 Grilled chickens. When I got home, My niece made me aware that these chickens have a smell. I stored it in a refrigerator, This morning it completely rotten and it smells so bad. Had to throw both away. I'm so disappointed with Checkers Gateway, They sell rotten stuff.
