I received 2 Outdoor Warehouse gift cards from 2 different people and have never used the cards . When I went to Outdoor Warehouse Stoneridge they said that both cards have a zero balance - I know the gift cards haven't been used because they have been in my wallet the whole time . Absolutely dismissive attitude from the staff , they just said sorry the system says the balance is zero there is nothing they can do , they cannot even provide me with a transaction history to prove that the cards were used !
TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER MOTOR CLAIM - 4 DAYS AFTER SUBMITTING ALL THE CLAIM INFO INCLUDING PHOTOS ETC ON THE AUTO & GENERAL APP THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP FROM AUTO & GENERAL IN APPOINTING AN ASSESSOR- MY MOM WHO IS AN 88 YEARS OLD PENSIONER GOT NO RESPONSE ON MESSAGES SENT ON THE APP AND HAD TO PHONE IN AFTER 4 DAYS AND WAS THEN ONLY REFERRED TO AN ASSESSOR WHO REQUESTED ALL THE INFO AND PHOTOS AGAIN ! WHAT IS THE POINT OF TAKING THE TIME TO SUBMIIT EVERYTHING ON THE APP ONLY FOR IT TO BE IGNORED AND HAVING TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN WITH THE ASSESSOR ! AN APPALLING WAY TO TREAT AN ELDERLY PERSON
BIDVEST BANK NEW ONLINE BANKING PLATFORM IS TERRIBLE - NO BENEFICIARY PAYMENT HISTORY AND THE SEARCH BASR DOES NOT WORK
We are on the M net Go package and have been subscribers for more than 25 years . I called in to the call centre to confirm if we can have the PVR function on the MNet Go package - the lady said yes no problem just add the decoder - I went and purchased the Explora decoder but now when I phoned in to activate it the say we cant have the PVR function on the M Net go package ! - we are paying almost R500 per month in subscription fees , customer for more than 25 years but Multichoice refuse to allow us to have the PVR service - they say we have to upgrade to the Premium package to have the PVR functions . This is appalling treatment of your loyal customers !
Our Roller door was blown off due to a freak wind that blew trees down and roofs off in our area - Frontline rejected the claim based on the subjective opinion of a contractor that said it was poor quality - but Its a brand new roller door installed 4 months ago by a reputable contractor many years in the industry - They rejected the claim based on the contractors report - did not even bother to send an assessor out .
The manager at Eastgate Branch has an arrogant and and unhelpful attitude . I was querying the policy on no refunds on gift cards . When I questioned why customers aren't informed prior to purchasing a gift card that the card cannot be redeemed for cash his answer was ' the terms are on the back of the card ' When I explained that this could only be read after purchasing the gift card his answer was " who's problem is that ? " I find this answer to be arrogant and hostile . Furthermore In addition to this there is no information on your website stating that gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash
I had an expanding security gate fitted by Maxidor some months back and was not satisfied with the quality of the work . The agent came back 3 times to correct the problems and only made the problem worse . There is a component of the door that are bent , which I pointed out to the agent - resulting in the door not closing smoothly and sometimes does not lock properly unless you push it very hard . When contacting Maxidor head office all they did was send the same agent back again and then they accepted his report that the door was up to standard , after which they said it meets Maxidors standards - they did not even bother to send out an independant head office representative to check the door despite my requests that they do so. If this door meets Maxidor standards then I must say they have very low standards.
I am writing on behalf of my elderly mother My Moms sister passed away last year in august naming Old Mutual as executors . There has been an appalling lack of communication from Old Mutual regarding the winding up of the estate . There has been no direct communication with the beneficiaries informing them of what assets are in the estate . The beneficiaries are all in their mid 80s and are anxious to have the estate finalised but emailed communication receives no response and when trying to call their is either no answer or excuses given such as the person dealing with it is off sick etc . There is a total lack of empathy and lack of willingness to assist
FNB attached and sold a property of mine and threatened to come and attach my personal assets . When I asked for a copy of the judgement as proof they keep making excuses and won't provide me with a copy . I have a right to see a copy of the judgement to see if it includes attachment of moveable or only immoveable assets .
I recently purchased a Samsung fridge from Hirschs which is making an unbearable high pitched ringing noise - so much so that I wake up in the morning with ringing in my ears - according the Samsung repair agent this is " normal " for an inverter fridge [ Samsung do not even employ their own technicians but use sub-contractors who decide your fate if you have a complaint ] I refuse to accept that this can be normal and the noise is causing me significant distress . Samsung please live up to your name and assist to resolve this .
