I placed an order on this app yesterday morning, payment went through my bank account. 20 mins later my order was canceled. When I called their customer care, Pinetown HO and the store (Superspar Village Mall) that I have chosen.. Nooje knows and was sent from pillar to post. Tye worse thing was when I was told I am the oje who canceled it.. Who on eart would cancel an order after paying? Cherry on top when they say I will be refunded after 7 days.. Dear Spar2U, please take note from Checkers 60/60 and PnP apps. I have been using these 2 for yeats years and never encountered this. I am extremely angry and disappointed by your services. I wouldn't recommend this to any of my family and friends ❗❗❗
I ordered a laptop charger and 2 x nail polish on the 26th Feb. My order took 7 days to be delivered and from the previous experience I knew they were gonna mess it up again!! On thr 7th March only 2x nail polish were delivered. I have made enquiries about my laptop charger and I am getting not response. Sizakele M went quiet after sending her pictures of what was delivered and the box serial number - Ticket Ref #51681536 I need my charger or my refund. This was my last shot using your services.
Please advise why my funeral policy that I canceled on the 28th November 2022 was still debited PLUS the premium for the one I upgraded to? As the whole planet is faced with this pandemic, I might not be an exception. Yesterday I got a call from my employer informing me that I was in contact with someone who tested + and they suggested that I go for tests. Today I just did so and to my surprise Lancet Laboratory smsd me with a very disturbing feedback that "I don't meet the criteria for them to test my samples". I am so furious as this is simple telling the wholr country that they should expect a very high and rapid spread. Question is, how many people I might infect should chances be I am also positive? When I called lancet to elaborate on the confusing sms, the consultant told me I either should have travelled, have symptoms and to my surprise he mentioned exactly what was in my form "direct contact with a Corvid-19 + person". When I asked him if the Lancet didn't see that part, he was stuttering and advised me to call my Dr. This is the service I never expected in this day and age!
I have just received a SCAM sms from unknown sender saying "Your Panic SOS R117,5 debit will run 15 November 2019, sold by Revolving Rew. 0876547633 ref STEROHIGH5REVOLVR7717290191115. Respond for help" I have not subscribed for any of these, I don't even take any new products from Std Bank that I bank with. To my surprise when I call Std Bank Fraud line, the gentleman tells me that they are unable to block this until it happens and I can only reverse it once these thieves have debited my account. What is the use of trusting Std Bank if they just let any person to have an access to our critical information. I have not given anyone any consent to debit my account. This is sickening, just when I thought your firewall is functioning since the R99 debit orders have stopped for a while. Please be sure that should this happen, I am not liable for any additional charges. Your IT Security division is so incompetence to let things like these happen. I AM VERY FURIOUS with the way this is being handled.
